M & L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7 mm/350x 250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description from the frames and refixing in the same opening after repair of door rescuring or easing & adjusting etc,area exc. 1.00 Sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, in Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in Plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Granite slab 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick, laid over and incl 20 mm thick cement screed /rendering in CM 1:4 ,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting, rubbing, gridding and polshing to achive mirror finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar, 15mm thick, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including 5 mm thick cement screed /rendering in CM 1:4 incl cutting, rubbing, gridding and polishing to achive mirror finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m redius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material exc. 500 m but n exc.1.5km and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 07 days by ponding of water over the roof (Levelling course). (Note : Water proofing compound paid and measured separtely)

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified directed complete all as specified.
