The quantity of water supplied shall be volume trically assessed at the consumer end.The NRW percentage should be calculated as the difference B/W total water lifted & total water build to the consumer, If NRW is found to be less then 10% during any assessment period, the contractor/firm shall incentivized to the O&M rates, as specified in AMRUT operational guidelines.conversely, if NRW exceeds10% the contractor firms shall be subjected to a penalty on O&M rates in accordance with term and conditions on timed in the agreement.
