Engaging an Electrician for day to day maintenance of Electrical works like repairs to internal and external electric supply by replacing the worne out fittings/fixtures , reparing the unserviceable fittings/ fixtures such as switches, sockets, switch boards, LT Panels , MCBs, MCB DBs, MCCBs, SFUs FSUs etc and all types of fans/ light fittings, OH lines, UG cables, including operation of DG Set etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Electrician Skilled (ITI Certificate with 3 Years Experience)- 3 Nos Electrician in General Shift. Note: 1. He will maintain the shut down cum Log book register and duly enter all the parameters. 2. During Shifts, DG Opr cum Electrician, Electrician & Helper should do the Electrical day to day complaints/maintenance work as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. 3. To attend the emergency complaints as and when required basis beyond the shift hours as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with out claiming any extra amount.

Painting of 6.0 m street light pole (MS tubular/swaged type) including thorough surface cleaning with wire brush/emery paper to remove rust, dust & loose paint, application of one coat approved anticorrosive metal primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of specified shade, including thinning, provision of brushes/consumables, and all lead, scaffolding/ladder work, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out minor welding works on existing street light poles/pipes/structure including surface preparation by cutting/grinding, welding with suitable electrodes (E6013 or equivalent) using portable welding set, rectification of cracks, base plate, brackets/fittings as required, finishing the welded portion with grinding, application of primer, and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Testing of earth pit including measurement of earth resistance using digital 3/4-wire earth resistance tester (fall-of-potential method or clamp/three-wire as applicable), providing site test certificate, signed by authorized technician, and submission of soft/hard copy report, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out B-Check service (Material & Labour) for 70 KVA Diesel Generator set, including replacement of engine lube oil, oil filter, fuel filter, cleaning of air filter, checking and tightening of belts, hoses, battery terminals, radiator cleaning, inspection of alternator, checking of electrical connections, calibration of parameters, top-up of coolant, Distilled water, checking of safety shutdowns, trial run of generator under load, and submission of service report, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
