ADDN/ALTERNATION TO EXISTING BLDG OF URC AT PMS

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as spd and directed.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

M&L for pavings, with mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60% stone dust ) laying in layers n. exc 10cm thick, watering, ramming and compacted with hand/power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken stone/boulders hard core gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spred and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bed concrete for foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as spd and directed.
