RequiredIf the bidder has not obtained valid electrical license as applicable then he shall scan and upload following under taking along with bid documents If the work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain valid electrical license as applicable from the competent authority or I/We will associate the CPWD agency of appropriate class who is having valid electrical license with in 7days of receipt of letter of commencement, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any action taken by CPWD in this regard

RequiredCopy of Treasury Challan / Demand Draft / Pay order / Bankers Cheque / Deposit at Call Receipt / Bank Guarantee of any schedule bank against EMD / Fixed Deposit Receipt uploaded to the e-biding website within the period of bid submission

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (Proforma attached in Page No. 11 of this NIT to be downloaded and duly filled)

RequiredGST Registration Certificate of the State which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents
