Market rate Preparation of surfaces for water proofing treatment by removing dust, loose particles, repair of holes , hollow areas and other allied works with cost of all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading etc all complete as per the requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Market rate Repair of the surface hunch portion and other required location with the cement sand mortar as per site requirement including dismantling of old concrete and making gola with smooth curve at the corner edge using a polymer modified repair mortar including curing the mortar as per the manufacturer’s specification. Then applying the primer followed by waterproofing coating of fosroc, BASF, Sika or equivalent make over the surface with cost of all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading etc all complete as per the requirement and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Market rate Treatment of the surface crack by making with V groove of at least 5mm with & 10mm depth or as pr the actual requirement and filling the groove with polyurethane sealant Nitoseal PU 50 or similar products of Fosroc, BASF, Sika with cost of all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading etc all complete as per the requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Market rate Providing and laying water proofing treatment by applying a bond coat of SBR Latex with glass fiber mesh first and then applying two coats of elastomeric PU based liquid water proofing material like Brush Bond Roofguard premium or similar poduct of Fosroc, BASF, Sika or equivalent make with cost of all materials, labour, transprotation, loading unloading etc all complete as per the requirement & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
