S/R to Madhubana Darada to Sahanisahi road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and diposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used of auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete gr M-15 in foundation/Sub-Structure of protection wall using 4cm down grade size hg metal of approved quality including hoisting, lowering and laying to the required level ramming and ,compacting, watering and curing etc. complete with cost,conveyance ,taxes and royalities of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) In Foundation

ii) Sub-Structure

Providing weep holes in brick/masnory/plain/ RCC abutment and wing wall etc with 100mm dia AC Pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V: 20H towards the drawing face etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision), etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 37.5 mm thick BUSG in one layers applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen /10 sqm using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size H.G metal & 0.12 cum of 12mm sige h.g chips for 10 sqm. etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm with mechanical/manual broom clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical/manual broom clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th.Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Semidense bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to site ,lying with a hydrostatic pavor finisher with sensore control to the require grade ,lavel & allingiment ,rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory & tendem rollers to achive the desire compaction as per cluse 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads transporting to site by mechanical means (within a lead of 5Km) spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
