S&F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc gde Fe-410 W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tesile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall and eves board fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 9mm thick of size 600mm x 600mm HSPC (high pressure Steam Cured) Pre-primetered self embossed, textured designer board to be fixed & including make armstrong GI based powder coated snap grid/section size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38mm x 24mm x 0.9mm thick, cross tee 28.6mm x 24mm x 0.9mm and wall angle 19mm x 19mm x 0.9mm duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hangers 1200mm centre to centre both ways fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin from the roof with alignment clip including providing provisions for light fixtures of any size and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper with preparation of sufaces etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as under floor tiles finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured joint free Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16.00 above but in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary cutting of tiles as required size all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc., laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) in vertical surface 450mm x 300mm x 7-8 mm thick joint free set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete as in coping PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, with & including necessary form work Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm thick graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays n exc 2.5m length finished even & smooth and joint to be filled with Bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste.

M&L for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specifications:- (a) Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instructions over bottom and vertical surfaces contact with sunken slab, finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal surfaces with scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material with @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqmt as Damp proof for water proofing ,and Damp proof course on vertical surfaces scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles and applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and one coats of undiluted material with @ 4.85 lts per 10 sqmts. Damp proof for water proofing. (e) Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-2,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase to receive tiles. Note :- For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured. Make of DPC solution :- Asian/STP/Choksey/Pidilite

Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width or girth, including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped end, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down and removal of loose/ditegrated old concreteplaster and applying 3mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent i.e Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1(Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(Water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind New cement plaster/polymer Modified Plaster/ concrete/Screed concrete with old surface etc complete.

M&L for applying 15 mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortrar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45) in porpotion 1:3 by weight 5 Litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 Kg cement with 13 Litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and like complete.

M&L rendering 20mm thick polymer cement mortar 1:3 prepared with latex SBR by the weight of cement concrete surface incl. Finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Make Liquid of M/S Choksey /STP /Sika /Pidilite as approved by GE. Note :- Exact qty and application process of chemical is strictly as per manufature,s guidelines complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment by the ater proofing liquid of tech force 2K strong of choksey od equivalent of Dr Fixit/Fosroc after proper cleaning f the new surface free of dust and applying the first coat (By brush nly) @ 4-4.5 Sqm/Lit, allowing it to dry for 24 hrs and applying the second coat over it on horizontal and vertical surface all as specified and directed. Note:- Application shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufactureer only and as per guidlines of manufacturere strictly. Each stage shall be passed by the Engr-in-Charge/GE before laying further coat. Note :-Sunshield 100 of M/S Choksey or fosroc/ST/Pidilite/Sika as approved by GE.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65 mm. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.
