Earth work excavation for Retaining and SWD foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( One Cement, Four Sand and Eight aggregate) mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete as per the standard specification.

Steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00 M height for Retaing wall, SWD wall sies etc; with all cross bracibngs using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60 cmx 10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mm x 25mm x 6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10 cmx6.5 spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre etc; complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix (one part cement, three part sand and six part of aggrigate) using 40% of 40mm size and 60% of 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications

Picking the existing surface 3 to 5 cm deep removal of picked up staff to the side berms and using the useful metal to the road hand packing to camber sectioning levelling etc.,complete as per including labour charges for picking and other tools and plants etc., complete as per standard specifications. 404 of MORTH.

Collection, supply and laying of U/s Gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of U/s gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting grading aggregates to WET MIX MECADAM Specification in 150mm thick including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant. Cariage of mixed materials by tipper to work site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM Surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack coat 2.5Kg per 10sqm over WMM Surface using of Emulsion Biumen ( RS 1) and cost emulsion bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appeneded labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanicla sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc complete standard specification As per clause 503 of MORTH Rev - 5 Specification.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 50.3 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5mm thick with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface inlcuding refectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, exclusive of surface applied glass beads. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH specification No. 803.

MAINTENANCE

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Clearing and Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 201.
