W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50 cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumen surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing laying and rolling of Open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm compacted thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 11.20 mm sizes of aggregates mix Ratio 2:1 either using pnetration grade bitumen or emulsion to the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three smooth wheeled roller 80-100 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level as per Technical Specification clause 508. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing 6.7mm stone grit @0.009 cum per sqm the voids in a bituminous grade VG-10 @0.65kg per sqm surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete withshovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.
