ESSENTIAL REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER FILTERATION PLANT SIGN BOARD DOZING PUMP SWIMMING POOL AND ALLIED WORKS AT NAVAL STATION KARANJA

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and not n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard dense soil including grading and ramming bottom surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for laying pipes and fittings.

Returning, filling in soil including, spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm including making good disturbed surfaces to original levels complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate used in thrust block / pillars/ stand and formwork etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of retro reflective sign board made up of 3MM thick ACP sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheet with required colour scheme on the board and with the HIP sheeting letters & symbols shall be cut out of computerized cutting machine on board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangementSupply and fix in repair and replacement of SS 304 grade for supporting of retro reflective sign board including cutting in any size, welding work and grinding complete with all nut, bolts, clamps and necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and filling new filter media (in filter vessal) in different layers of suitable sizes as per direction of OEM/ Engr -in- Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair or replacement and testing and commissioning, ISI marked IS No 8329:2000, centrifugally ductile iron pipe(DI Pipe) laying above the ground of nominal diameter (DN) 200 mm, class K -9, with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating with flanged at both the end ncluding all jointing material & painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint 91st quality) of post office red colour etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair or replacement and testing and commissioning, ISI marked IS No 8329:2000, centrifugally ductile iron pipe(DI Pipe) laying above the ground of nominal diameter (DN) 150 mm, class K -9, with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating with flanged at both the end ncluding all jointing material & painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint 91st quality) of post office red colour etc complete all as specified and directed.
