M&L for taking down desert cooler of any type/size/model from any height / floor for servicing like changing of wood wool pads, kit motor, submersible pump, fan blade, front grill, wiring, capacitor, cleaning or any other repair work as specified and re-fixing to existing place after repair work/overhauling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of taking down and fixing charge of 'Supply only' items. Preparation of old painted surface of desert cooler of any capacity and any make on inner surface & outer surface. Repainting the complete desert coolers ie side panel, bracket, body & desert cooler stand with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (1st grade quality) including two coats of black water proof paint on reserve water tank & marking with “ GE(U) P&M (MES)” letter size of 50mm height at stencil in black/white including servicing and greasing of fan motor/pump and replacement of PVC pipe worn out nut, bolts and washers complete all as per site requirement.

S&F in repairs desert cooler body of size 25 inch x 25 inch x 36 inch (height) with side panels (03 Nos) fabricated out of 20 SWG PGI Sheet alongwith PVC front grill, distribution switch, 5 Amp piano switch and tank of depth 11 inch. Painting the complete desert cooler i.e, side panel, bracket body with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coat of black water proof paint on reserve tank and marking with "GE (U) P&M (MES)" letter size of 50mm height complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2 TR capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc, (Indoor unit), condenser, compressors, fan motor etc,(Out door unit) with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc., changing connections from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down for servicing of Window type AC 1.5/2 TR Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters , condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc, changing connections from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Ser Item No 24 & 25 :- (i) Replacement of defective spares for making the AC units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for taking out old spares & refixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Penalty will be charged for not attending complaint from 12 Hours to 24 hours Rs. 500/- each complaint. Further if complaint not attended and rectified within 24 hours after intimation (Intimation will be given by message/whats app/mail by mentioning time of complaint, for that contractor has to submit his authorised reps details for receiving complaint) of complaint, failing which same will be got rectified through spot quotation by job order by any other agency and double of the job order amount to be deducted from contractors dues.

Disconnecting from mains and taking out existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the window type Air Conditioner of Cap 2 Ton, of any make any type from any location and Supply , Installing and testing of new sealed unit compressor alongwith test certificate from manufacturer including cleaning and removing dust/dirt from the cooling coil condenser coil with necessary modification capillary tube etc & Charging of Gas R-22/R-134a/R-32 and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Transportation Charges from site to trade workshop and back to original location after repair shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted above.

Dismantling and removing defective burnt blower unit motor of any capacity and make of 1.5/2 TR capacity window type AC and rewinding the motor with enamel copper winding wire of existing guage and size including replacement of worn out motor bearing etc, refixing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Collecting of unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 1 to 5 KVA from the MES store yard of AGE E/M (AC) or dismantling the same from site and transporting to contractors workshop for locating the fault including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays and replacement of defective spare parts , reassembling after making connections, testing by applying low and high voltage input to get the 230 volts correct output and transporting back the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Replacement of defective spares and rewinding of transformer of voltage stabilizer will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for taking out old spares & fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Dismantling and removing defective compressor and supply and fixing (in repairs) new sealed compressor of approved make obtained from authorised dealers submitting Warranty certificate & test certificates from manufacturer/authorised dealers including charging of refrigerent gas R-22/134A, commissioning and testing refrigerators of 280 to 330 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No. 126 & 127:- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the transportation cost from site of installation to contractor's repair workshop and back.

Dismantling of existing repairable deep freezers of any make and from its position after disconnecting electric connections, transporting from site to contractor's workshop fro carrying out repairs and renewal/replacement of parts, reassembling and transporting back to the site including installation of the same on the same location and making electric connection etc, all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of defective spares of deep freezer shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. Dismantling and Refixing the Split AC of 1.5/2 TR Including Drilling of holes into a brick wall for connecting Indoor with Outdoor Unit’s pipes and Connecting indoor and outdoor units with copper pipes and installation of drainage pipes and Fixing Outdoor unit on separately ODU stand, Temperature & gas pressure testing, gas charging, Carpentry work, Plumbing, masonry & white cementing Note : Drain Pipe, Copper pipe of required size, Refrigerent gas , Outdoor stand , power plug, MCB and Copper wire to be paid under relevent item)

Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective motor of capacity of 10 HP of any type, and make including disconnecting all electrical connections removing from foundation transporting to repair workshop disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely including insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enameled copper wire of existing size applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, transporting back to site, re-installating, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs any type of starter (DOL/ star-delta) for motors of 10 HP capacity with suitable rating relay, suitable for mounting on existing LT Panels of AC plants and connections with suitable size single core copper conductor wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre filter 10 micron of size 600mm x 600x 50mm made of out of GI wire mesh interspaced as per sample available at site , flanged deep box type and efficiency 90% as per existing size and pattern for ambiator system of capacity 10000CFM complete all as speicifed and as directed.

-ditto- all as per item No. 145 above but size 600mm x 300mm x 50mm.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 2 core with galvanized steel strip or wire including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and asdirected.
