Supply and Delivery of MS pipes of preferred dimensions ranging from 168.30mm OD to 2540mm OD having 2.6mm to 25mm thickness as per Table- 5 of IS 3589/2001 fabricated with Fe410 grade steel conforming to IS 3589:2001 and other allied codes. And Transportation in anyware in Tamilnad u Per metre

Pipes shall be internally lined with plant applied cement mortar lining 1:2, The Lining thickness range from 6 mm to 12 mm for 168.3 mm OD to 2540 mm OD as per Table -8 of IS 3589:2001

Pipes shall be externally coated with plant applied CM 1:3, minimum 20mm thick including reinforcement as per clause A-9 of Annex-A of IS 3589:2001

Welding charges for 508 MM Pipe includes labour charges, cutting and threading, conveyance,welding and hire charges for tools and plants etc., complete.

Lowering of M.S pipes and specials into the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the TWAD Officers.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift as initial of 10 M and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches for laying of pipes for water supply works in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales, murram gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravel soil including refilling the sides of foundation in layer of 15m thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-sand and four course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as Drainage & Culvert Retaining walls etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.
