Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre getting out soft/ disintegrated rock, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in post holes, any thickness, size or shape (including caps and bases) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, manholes etc, not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made out of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granite slab, machine cut, in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished, laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in platforms, in steps, jambs, pillars, etc., including cutting, polishing and rounding to edges of stone slabs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings including ornamental and intricate design works similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick for soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soft/ disintegrated rock not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for decorative, durable, weather resistant and maintenance free FRP Garden French Fence shall have the following specifications (a) Pickets of fence: FRP Rectangular /spear top pickets, having minimum of 75-100mm wide and 20-25mm thick . Centre to centre spacing between picket will be 75-100mm (b) Rails(Horizontals) :- FRP Rectangular rails. 75 to 45mm size, Top and bottom rails at 200mm -250mm from top and bottom respectively (c) Posts (Vertical ) FRP square posts, minimum of 100 x 100mm in section, height 1200-1500mm above ground. Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over putty to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in aluminium powder coated partition wall consisting of stranded section for frames including necessary handles, roller wheels, hinges rubber beading etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg /M including necessary joining cleats glazing clips rubber neoprene packing handles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination , panelling fixed in aluminium doors , windows , shutters and partition frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws and all other necessary fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in sheet glass, 6.3 mm thick ordinary quality in square exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed with rubber/aluminium bedding with extra over sheet glass is ground or obscured with solar control film 25 micron reflective type to glass panes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium handle (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) of size 100mm with SS screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

LED module shall confirm to IS 16103 and shall bear BIS certification marking complete with all accessories internally pre- wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in LED light fitting size 2'X2' 36 watts, 230 volt Down light recessed type with ultra modern designed architectural LED luminaire which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination suitable for Grid ceiling etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including provision of three core flexible copper wire and connecting to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MCB distribution board, double door CRCA steel sheet enclosure powder coated, SPN 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in SPN 32 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity of in the MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in MCB SP 'C' series 06 to 32 Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity of in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring complete with and including 2 runs of 4 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor cable, single core, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit of suitable size including accessories etc as required and fixed on walls and 1 runs of 4 sqmm FRLS, PVC multistranded copper conductor cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated cable and 1 run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
