Charges for overhauling of 300 Nb / 350 Nb Gate / Globe valve

Attending of breakdown works of actuators in Boiler and PRDS Station of Unit IV & V dismantling, replacing the spares, rectification by welding, lubricating, assembling and commissioning, including the charges for T&Ps consumables etc.

Charges for releasing of mechanical jam (wall deslaggers) in the travel tube assembly of one soot blower

Charges for attending steam valve defects (or) renewal of valve flange gaskets (or) attending to travel gear box (or) rotory gear box slipping problem in one soot blower

Charges for drawal of LRSB lance tube from stores transporting to Boiler area leading , lifting to above 40 m elevation of Boiler using pulley and rope, Dismantling/ cutting removal of defective Lance tube from LRSB, fixing new lance to in position, lowering the defective lance tube to ‘0’ m ground floor, devoluting the scrape to stores.

Charges for replacement & welding works in low pressure boiler lines upto 25 Nb Carbon Steel pipe welding

Charges for replacement & welding works in low pressure boiler lines upto 50 Nb Carbon Steel pipe welding.

Charges for replacement & welding works in low pressure boiler lines upto 100 Nb Carbon Steel pipe welding for 1 Joint

Attending to any other breakdown works in any one of the following name by wind box assemblies, burner tilt mechanism, fuel firing system, scanner air fans Boiler fill pump, hot well make up pump, Phosphate dozing pump, Hanger supports or other accessories in Boiler and PRDS by replacement of spares of assembly including charges for T&P and consumables.

Charges for transportation of insulation wool, cladding sheet in the locations, pipe lines from 8 m to 56 m level, transportation of required wool, cladding sheet, fixing the wool, sheet etc., and disposal of debris, etc. complete

Charges for leading, lifting and arranging platform and scaffolding wherever required in the boiler and dismantling after completion of work.

Charges for transportation of required of materials & pipes to the '8' m level platform, opening the peep hole breaking the slag formed in the 'S' panel portion of the boiler by pocking and pushing down the slag & clinkers through peep hole then and there till normalization and other adjacent area in the boiler.

Charges for cleaning of Boiler structure, I pass and II pass from 29mtr to 56mtr level, Steam lines of Main Steam, HRH, CRH and related valves, Safety valves, Wall blowers, LRSB, and other equipments by using Air hoses/Broom sticks/wire brush etc., collecting the debris/scrap materials and disposal of the same to debris yard / stores as instructed by the Engineer in-charge.

Charges for cleaning of Boiler structure, I pass and II pass from 0mtr to 28mtr, Burner corners, Elevation valves, Feed control station pipe lines and valves, super heater and Re-heater attemperation pipe lines & valves, Heavy oil and light oil pipe lines & related valves, PRDS pipe lines and valves, floor & IBD and connected valves and lines by using Air hoses/Broom sticks/ wire brush etc, collecting the debris/scrap materials from 0mt. to 28mt., and disposal of debris/scrap materials to debris yard / stores as instructed by the Engineer in-charge.
