M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/ dust etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 @ 5Kg /10 sqm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 30 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50 % binder content (bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid by Fully Automatic Sensor paver, rolled and compactad to required camber, gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content ( Bituminious grade of VG 30) by weight of total mix, laid by Fully automatic Sensor Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing cat eyes with two way solar reflective type with 30 mm length double shank of plastic body of size 100mm x 110mm x 20mm (overall height 50 mm) and with PAMA striplens reflector and weight 164 gram fixed with special epoxy chemical as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing aluminium-alloy body Solar stud with following specification :- (a) Solar panel Mono-Crystalline Solar 2.4V/0.3 Watt and having charging capacity at a very low sunlight. (b) Red colour Six Super Bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (Millicandela) 8 mm fitted at appropriate height for clear blinking point. (c) 1.2V Ni-MH or Ni-CD rechargeable battery capacity 1300 mAh. LSD (Low Self Discharge technology) fitted inside solar stud. (d) Working time 3 to 4 days successively after the battery is fully charged. (e) Charging time for full charge One full sunny day. (f) Working temperature : 10 to 75 Degree Celcius. (g) Flash rate : 60 to 70 times per minute normally. (h) Brightness sensitive auto-switch, automatically turns on at dusk and turns off at dawn to ensure easy and safe night driving. (j) High visibility LEDs help ensure easy and and safe night driving from a distance of 1000-1100 Meters approx. (k) Solar stud should be free of maintenance and operational in all weather conditions. (i) The PCB board and solar panel should be sealed in Poly Carbonate case for extra waterproofing and high/low temperature protection. The logo of the manufacturer should be embossed on front side of the body to ensure genuinesess. Dimension/Size of the Solar Std should be 125 mmx125mmx25 mm body, with shank height 65 mm (Total height 90 mm including shank) (m) Weight of the Solar Stud should be 650 Gram approx. Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips n exc 15 cm width with 250 gram Glass Beads(retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoes heater, driven by experoenced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dier, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction and accordance with applicable specifidactions as per MoRTH specification having Titatnium -12%, Resin-19% & Intermix Glass Beads - 34 % in proportion.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2( using 40mm graded stone aggrtegate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
