Specification
Removing / transporting the surplus excavated earth including debris, vegetation waste, concrete waste, etc., to a distance upto 5000m from HAL premises to contractor's own yard including loading, unloading, depositing, spreading, levelling, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, pipes, cables, etc., in all kinds of soils (not exceeding 1.50m in width or 10Sq m on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m with all labour, tools & tackles, plant & machinery, hire & fuel charges, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning / Filling in available useful excavated earth (excluding rock) free from salts, organic or other deleterious matter (Other than black cotton soil & rock, etc.,) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations, etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, breaking / removing clods exceeding 50mm and consolidation, etc.,with all labour, tools & tackles, plant & machinery, etc. lead up to 50m and for all lifts, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, mixing and laying in position cement concrete (1:3:6) derived from natural sources of required thickness using 40mm down graded hard stone / granite aggregate in accordance with IS 456 in all works up to plinth level, including mechanical mixing, transporting, vibrating, consolidation, levelling, curing, dewatering if any, all materials, labour, lead & lift, tools, plant & machinery, keeping concrete well wetted during the curing period and protecting it in extreme weather conditions, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, mixing and placing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) of required thickness using 20mm nominal size down graded hard stone/granite aggregate in accordance with IS 456 in Cills, fillets, coping, etc., upto floor five level, including formwork, mechanical mixing, transporting, vibrating, consolidation, levelling, curing, dewatering if any, all materials, labour, lead & lift, tools, plant & machinery, keeping concrete well wetted during the curing period and protecting it in extreme weather conditions, etc., but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc., and removal of form work for all PCC members including under Foundations, footings, bases for columns, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc., and removal of form work for Small lintels not exceeding 1.50m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling / Demolishing cement concrete of Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (or) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) in any position manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling / Demolishing stone rubble masonry built in Cement Mortar in any position manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead or staking at designated place, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual means / mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading outside HAL premises / to contractors own yard or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing to the compound wall with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length with existing angle iron ‘Y’/U shaped placed at 1.50m or 2.40m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.50mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ Sq. mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm / metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately), etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cutting holes either manullay or by mechanical means i.e Core Cutting in walls / compound walls including granite slab laid over coping making good the same with appropriate grout (GP2) for fixing the support for concertina coil including all staging, scaffolding, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & Grouting of dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members / in compound walls (for supports of concertina coil), etc., with M-60 grade stirrer mixed cementitious grout (Non Shrink) / as required of approved make by suitable means (Free flowing / pump), curing, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.
