All as per description of serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks retrieved by demolition shall be re-used.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on conrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying Non skid ceramic Iointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but nexc 0.38 sqm in skirting etc set & Iointed in neat cement slury & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mm, thickness 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, wall etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring not less than 18-20mm thick (size of stone shall not less than 55cmx55cm), 75mm wide white marble border alround, laid over & including 20 mm thick screed base in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine, complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab not less than 16mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including 10 mm thick screed base in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine, complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid dry including taking out existing interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set and jointed in grey cement and pointed in grey cement with pigment, laid over and including 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick sand as in cushion under precast concrete interlocking paver block incl watering, levelling & consolidating complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in sub base of flooring finished even and rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description incl mud phuksha or PCC padding if any (any no of layers) including removal to debries in low laying area exc 1.00 KM but n exc 2.00 KM complete all as directed.

S&F Wire netting of stainless steel wire 0.71 mm dia with size of mesh 25mm x 25mm fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course on existing roof, rounded and chamfered on edges, mixed with liquid WPC @200ml per 50Kg bag of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chaIIah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning the top surface of RCC roofing properly with water complete. (b) Applying Oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying of membrane not less than 3.0 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160 Gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10 Cm side laps and 15 Cm end lap complete. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg /Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane. (f) APP Membrane shall be stick inside parapet where available by chase cutting and sealed with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 complete.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spribng clips and providing and fixing new onces exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
