M & L for Cleaning of inner surface of Over head Reservior (Back wash tank) 10000 Gallon capacity manually with trained and skilled manpower for working in Overhead reservior above filteration plant with suitable T&P and safety equipments including draining out the contaminated muddy water from the bottom surface of over head reservior, scraping and cleaning the side walls with the help of wire brush, including removal of mud and draining out complete waste material obtained from cleanin, apply spray of suitable disinfictant chemical safe for human being on inner surface of the tank, writing the date with synthetic enmal paint on outer side of tank surface where ever directed complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of open drain (Sadul Minor canal) of size 3m top and 0.4m bottom and depth 1.5m, from intake point to raw water storage tank near clear water pump house, by means of taking out mud/silt, shurbs, grass, bushes, deposited in the drain, scraping and cleaning the bottom and side walls with the help of wire brush, taking out and removing of mud out side the canal and removing to distance not less than 10m from the edge of berm and cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Cutting and trimming the tree branches both sides of the canal approx 2m each side of canal complete all as specified and directed Note : The length of canal is appx 1.1 km from intake point to storage tank.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 2.5 LG of size 41x22x4 Mtr (Depth of water approx 0.5m) with pump set or manually, removing sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr, scraping the side walls and bottom of tank, removing plants, vegetable growth etc from inside of the tank, taking out, cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank transporting the mud and waste materials outside the premises and depositing where directed. . Note :- (i) Any Damage caused to the tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor with out any extra cost. (ii) The contractor shall take the necessary arrangement to block the incomming water to sludge tank before starting the work and opening the same after cleaning the tank without any extra payment. (iii) No extra payment will be made for transportation of pumping set or any other machinary required the above work . (iv) contractor will be sole responsible for dewatering below the foot valve, transportation of obtained mud ,T & P required and other safety required for safe execution of work without any extra payment. (v) Trimming , cutting, uprooting and removing of Trees/ Bushes/ Beeds/roots/ vegitable growth etc upto 5 mtr surrounding area and inside the tank floor embarcement and making good disturbed surface also included in the scope of this item.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 2.0 LG of size 30 x 30 x 4 Mtr (Depth of water 0.5m approx) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr from the tank sludeg/silt etc and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 1.5 Km from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc upto 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank all as directed and specified. Note :- (i) Any Damage caused to the tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor with out any extra cost. (ii) The contractor shall take the necessary arrangement to block the incomming water to sludge tank before starting the work and opening the same after cleaning the tank without any extra payment. (iii) No extra payment will be made for pumping set or any other machinary required the above work . (iv) contractor will be responsible for dewatering below the foot valve, safety measures required for safe execution of above work without any extra payment. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified. Note :- (i) Any Damage caused to the tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor with out any extra cost. Dewatering, Cleaning, removing of mud/still/dirt from suction well size 2.5m dia and 4m depth (depth of sludge approx 0.3m) including cleaning of foot valve and throwing away 50m apart from the bank of well including trimming of all grass and removing of all garbage near the bank and levelling all soil lying near the bank and well complete

Material, labour and services for taking sample of treated / raw water in sterlised bottles/Cane from Clear water supply point, UG Sump / OH Resorvier for Analysis of water for the following parameters and obtaining sample test report from Govt Recognized Laboratories: (i) Physio Chemical Analysis of Water ( Colour , odour , pH Total solids, Dissolved Solids, Permanent hardness, temporary Hardness, Ammonia feree and salinbe, Ammonia Albuminoidal, Nitrites, Nitreates, Oxygen absorption at 15 Min, Iron , Fluoride,magnisium,lead) (ii) Microbiological Analysis ( Total Choliforms , Eschirrchea Coli) Note : 1. A certificate of approval / certification of Lab by Goivt Of India / State Govt shall be submitted by the contractor to the deptt. 2. Sample shall be submitted to the Labortory within 24 Hrs of collection of sample 3. One samples will be checked in each job(Monthly)

M& L in Repair of hand pump at gang canal pump house by opening it and taking out unserviceable pipe/ Filter, perforated pipe, connecting rod, plunger leather cup washer and replaced with new filter, heavy grade GI pipe 80mm & 40 mm, brass plunger,leather cup washer and connecting rod with necessary fittings and boring all as per existing system and requirement complete with testing etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil and removing the spoil outside the premises all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15 mm bore dia and fixed all as specified and directed.
