Maintenance contract for ash disposal pipelines ,Routine and Preventive breakdown maintenance of 350and450mm of B TPS, Anpara

Attending heavy leakage from ash pipes.

Servicing of air release vents / valve including replacement of worn out parts and gasket of the flange.

Jointing of two or more available pieces of 350/450 mm NB MS pipes to make the required length of pipe.

Fabrication and erection of new steel structure / support / platform by using MS angle / channel / plates / tubes or any type of steel section along the ash slurry pipe line / other areas as specified.

Replacement/refitting of flange gasket/V-J coupling gasket of ash pipe.

Fabrication of 350/450 mm NB M.S. Bend of required angle

Replacement/refitting and alignment of 350/450 mm NB bend, installed in ash slurry pipe lines.

Cutting of worn out and eroded portion of ash pipe at end points and welding of new / old & used piece of pipe up to a maximum length of 3 M.

Cutting of old & disturbed / displaced clamps and installation of new / old clamps including grouting of clamping bolts if required.

Cutting of ash pipe at end points of opening of V-J coupling etc. to maintain the gap of 20 mm between the pipes.

Removal of choking of ash slurry disposal pipes lines.

Dewatering from pit near TP-29 / other deep area to carry out maintenance work on ash slurry pipe lines.

Repairing of worn out / damaged flanges of size 450 mm NB by cutting, welding, grinding & machining.

Cutting of 450 mm NB M.S. flange from old pipe and welding of the same with the new / old but reusable pipes.

Replacement / refitting of 450 mm NB M.S. angle ring by opening of V-J coupling of pipe on both side and up lifting of pipe.

Complete overhauling of Diesel Engine Pump (Make : Kirloskar, capacity : 12 HP)

Providing half stiffeners in ash slurry pipes for their strengthening (from cross over trench to power house boundary with free electricity).

Replacement of Damaged thrust platesof 450 mm NB ash slurry disposal pipes.

Repairing of Damaged thrust plates of 450 mm NB ash slurry disposal pipes.

Providing half stiffeners in ash slurry pipes for their strengthening including arrangement of DG set for welding supply. (From power house boundary to Belwadah ash dam)

Transportation of pipe Up to 3 km

Transportation of pipe 3 km. to 5 km

Transportation of pipe 5 km. to 11 km

Fabrication / erection & transportation of reducer/ expander for ash slurry disposal pipe line as per site requirement.

Routine maintenance of the four Nos, Six No.s & Three Nos. Ash disposal pipes & AWRS Pipes of 3X210 MW ‘A’ TPS, 2X500 MW ‘B’ TPS, 2X500 MW,‘D’ TPS, Anpara. (One Job Per Shift).

Cleaning including removal of clinker and other foreign material from main ash slurry sluiceways of unit # 4&5 from SSC to Sump distribution pit (excluding distribution pit)

Removal of choking of culverts located above the ash slurry disposal pipelines of 'B' TPS Anpara from TP- 29 to Discharge end of ash slurry pipeline of ‘B’ TPS in Belwadah Village by the removal of ash/soil deposited due to leakages of slurry from ash disposal pipelines of 'B' TPS Anpara

Removal of shrubs / bushes/thorny shrubs and small plant / trees, from all around pipe line area of ‘B’TPS, Anpara, from Ash slurry pump house to Belwadah Ash Pond.

Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwuud,trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1 mtr above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 Mtr. Outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening,cutting,bending,placing in position and all binding all complete (cold twisted bars)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for wall(any thickness)including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick

Laying spreading and compaction stone aggregate of specified sizes to water bound macadum specification including in uniform thickness, hand picking,rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of stone screening and binding material including to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate water and compacting to the required density

Attending maintenance services like plumbing, welding, mason service and carpenter service with one mason and two helpers

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with2 coat painting

Lifting/removal of RCC precast sleepers laid over earthen embankment and placing themagain in position to support aligned 'A' TPS & 'B' TPS pipeline over concrete bed including all labour T & P etc. required for completion of work

Providing 450mm thick stone pitching on side slope of earthen embankment after removing old damaged 450mm thick pitching with same boulders after dressing and proper compaction of slope including all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Laying of stone aggregate under pipe between the pedestal of size range 63- 40 mm including opening out stacks, spreading of materials including surface dressing. Compaction of existing surface as per direction of site incharge with all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Marking and turning of 350 mm NB ash slurry disposal pipe lines of 3X210 M.W. ‘A’TPS, Anpara, located from Powerhouse Boundary to Belwadah ash dam i.e outside the powerhouse premises.

Cutting of old clits and providing of new clits of size 150 mm x 100 mm 120 0 apart between pipes for strengthening of the joint.

Providing Generator for welding work beyond powerhouse boundary.

Replacement of worn out / eroded 350/450 mm NB ash pipe with New/Healthy Reconditioned pipes. (Free electricity in side plant premises.)

Dismantling of 80 mm NB air release vents / valves from the old pipes and re installation of the same in Healthy Reconditioned pipes.

Replacement by new 450 mm NB M.S. Flange / Cutting of 450/350 mm NB M.S. flange from old pipe and welding of the same with the Healthy Reconditioned pipe

Providing Hydra/Backhoe loader for the ash slurry disposal pipe replacement/dismantling work. (One hour engagement of hydra shall be treated as one job)

Repairing of 450 mm/350mm. NB Ash Disposal pipelines by providing patch over the outer surface
