Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line in soft / loose soil and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed (Excavation whereever required will be carried out manually)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified & directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed

Supply, laying and jointing pipe ductile Iron class "K-7", 150 mm (6") dia, S/S including tyton joint with rubber gasket all specials i.e. Tee,bend, elbow, reducer, socket, flanges etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : DI specials are measured and paid seperately.)

Supply and laying pipe galvanised "medium class " with flange joint including all fittings (tee, bend, elbow, socket, union, reducers etc) for 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting, taping jointing, welding the existing/new CI/DI/GI pipe line of 150/200/100mm dia bore in position and reducing to required length for inserting of new tee 150x150x150mm or 150 x150x100 , Bend , branches including jointing with lead /Tyton joint/welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sluice value flanged of class 1.6 PN supplied and installed complete size of 150mm (6") dia ISI marked, including nut bolt gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of Brick masonary Valve chamber of size 1200x1200x 1200 mm internal size suitable for valves with PCC 1:4:8 type D 2 for foundation and brick masonry wall in cement mortar 1:6 PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for coping rendering in CM 1:4:15mm thick including Provn of mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick on 50x50xx6mm angle iron frame work with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed

S&F non return valve 150mm dia flanged type and including jointing material , rubber gasket suitable size nut bolt and flanges complete all as specified and directed

S&F DI/CI specials and fittings for spigot and socketed pipes for water mains/branches lines such as bends (any type, radius and angle), Elbow, tapers any type (straight bend, increasing decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces , single branch, 'Y' junction , double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs, flanged socket etc suitable for pipe up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mechanical joint 6" (150mm) cast iron suitable for connection of DI and GI pipe incl nut bolts and gasket, washers complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC in foundations & mass concrete etc type B2, 1:2:4 with 40 mm graded aggregate including and on road cutting or whereever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 80 mm dia bore and proper arrangement of fixing up incl cutting and all required fittings and fixtures in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 150 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.
