Supply of 3 Lamp PAPI fitting unit (01 Set of 4 units) ready for installation suitable for 200W halogen lamp including lamps,clear lenses,red filters,all breakable coupling,legs,two pin secondary lead plug assembly(2.5 Mtr long),base plates & MS Mounting frame for PAPI & its check stick including grouting nuts & bolts etc. complete as required as per specification should be in full compliance with annexure 14 of ICAO. Model: MK-III ,Make:AMA or equivalent.

Supply of Clinometer for calibration of sitting angle of PAPI Units.

Supply of Tool Kit Set includes Check Stick Screen,tools for fixing the check stick for Calibration of sitting angle of PAPI Units.

Supply installation testing and commissiong of frangiable & illuminated wind direction indicator(WDI) confiriming to ICAO Annex 14, Volume I and suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase,AC Supply and consist of following complete as required. (a) Minimum 4.5 mtr height Fibre-reinforced plastic(FRP) frangible lattice mast(minimum size 500mmx500mm).The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6 / FAA. The color of mast shall be preferably aviation Red & White. (b) Wind sock assembly complete with slip rings, Pole, Aluminium drum, bracket for drum, bearing with rain shade, carbon brush with holder bracket and wind sock cloth of color Red & White etc. (c) Mounting arrangement & provision of sufficient LED lights fixtures for both internal & external illumination to meet the minimum lux level requirement as per technical specification and ICAO Standard. (d) One no. LED Aviation obstruction light having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome. (e) Hard PVC outdoor Junction box with 6A DP MCB, interconnection internal wiring for lights using PVC insulated copper cond cable in suitable PVC rigid/DWC/HDPE Pipe. (f) Hinged arrangement for tilting down of mast for maintenance. (g) Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation with supply of grouting accessories i.e anchor bolts,frame etc for installation of WDI as per OEM recommendations.

Supply of 200W, 6.6/6.6A ,5KV garde, 50 Hz individual lamp series type Isolating Transformer encapsulated in TPR/TPE with primary and secondary connection leads complete and confirming to tenders technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Supply of following sizes 5 kV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, antitermite & anti-rodent, multi-stranded copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming to IS 1554 (Part-II) with up to date amendments and confirming to tenders technical specifications etc.complete as required.

Supply of HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe of ID:38mm & OD:50mm as per confirming to IS:14930(Part-II) amended upto date etc complete as required.

Supply of 50 mm outer dia. HDPE pipe ,Material Grade:PE 100, PN 10 and confirming IS:4984:1995 amended upto date etc complete as required.

Supply of C.I isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding and having a clear hole at two side surface centre 75 mm above bottom surface and a hole at the surface centre as required following suitable to receive of 50 mm outer dia. HDPE/G.I. pipe and check nut as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30 mm tapped inside near the hole away from the hole centre and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive dummy base plate,bolts and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required. Three Hole Type

Supply of 5 kV grade ESNA connector and suitable for field attachment with 5kV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed following cable conforming to technical specifications etc. complete as required. single core 6 sq. mm copper conductor

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 01 set of PAPI unit (04 Nos.) and check stick base points including levelling,earth connection,secondary lead connection from isolating transformer etc along with ground calibration and submission of report etc complete the job as per specification, compliance with annexure 14 of ICAO and satisfaction of Engineer -In-charge etc complete as required for BOQ Item No.1 and Job excluding CC work.

Installation of C.I. transformer housing boxes along with dummy plate with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4 of 150mm thick, top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including soil exacavation, providing and fixing 300mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water & receiving 50mm dia HDPE/DWC pipe along with levelling etc. complete as per ICAO standard and as per direction of E-I-C.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5 Mtr long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.I wire in 15mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire along with UG cable in existing HDPE/GI/Hume Pipe/open masnory duct etc complete as required.

Excavation for cable/pipe trenching/chamber/foundation etc as per site requirement of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including refilling,dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation, chamber, trenching for cable/pipe laying etc including form work etc as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation, Chamber, trenching for cable/pipe laying etc including form work etc as required.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as required.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Excavation of hard rock for cable trench depth upto 1.2 m including refilling by soft soil,getting out and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Dismantling of existing 01 set of PAPI unit (04 Nos.) with all accessories installed at Rwy25 including dismantling of existing cc foundation and shifting to the Electrical stores within premises of airport as directed by EIC.

Dismantling the existing 01 no. wind sock assembly along with all accessories including dismantling of cc foundation and shifting to the Electrical stores within premises of airport as directed by EIC.
