Creation of 63 KVA substation at Jal Shakti PHE Division Chadoora for Sub Divisional Lab and Divisional office

Work items identified;

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of 63 kVA ,11/0.433kV, 3-phase Distribution Transformers with Bimetallic Terminal Connectors Energy Level-2, Aluminium wound , and with LV Cable Box having detachable Aluminium Gland plate 11/0.433KV, 3-phase(EE Level-II) complete in all respect as per Standards.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of 9 mtr (410 SP-33) long Steel Tubular Poles complete with base plate(350x350x5mm), top cap, Earthing Channel(75x40x6mm) including digging of pit positioning etc, complete in all respect as per Standards.

Supply, laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 50 Sqmm ACSR Conductor complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site and fixing of GI V cross-arm with top Bracket including clamp duly fabricated as per site requirement including clamps(50x8 mm), GI Nuts & Bolts,washers etc complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site, fixing and installation of GI Channels of different sizes including clamps and braces.

Supply,Carraige upto site,Installation,testing and Commissioning of 11kV Polymeric composite Pin Insulators 12kV, 5kN, Lighting Impulse 75kV Positive and 80kV Negative, creepage distance 320mm complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site,Installation,testing and Commissioning of 11kV Polymeric composite Disc Insulator 12kV,min failing load 45kN, Lighting Impulse 75kV Positive and 80kV Negative, creepage distance 320mm complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply, Carraige upto site, installation, testing and Commissioning of Gapless Surge Arrestor 9 kV, 10 kA, LA with polymer housing, Stn. Type complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply, Carraige upto site, installation, testing and Commissioning of 11 kV G.O AB Switch 3-phase, 3 pole 200-Amp, vertical Type with fittings complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply, Carraige upto site, installation, testing and Commissioning of 11 kV Horn Gap Fuse Set 3 Phase 200A complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply, Carraige upto site, laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 120 mm² (1Ckt )1.1kV Grade, XLPE Insulated Stranded Conductor FRLS type cable complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site, fixing of Aluminium Thimbles of size 120 Sqmm.

Supply,Carraige upto site, fixing and Commissioning of Aluminium Solderless Clamps of size 120/185 Sqmm.

Supply, Carraige upto site, installation, testing and Commissioning of LT Distribution Box for -63 kVA DTR with 100 Amp MCCB 3P 16 kA for incomer & 100 Amp MCCB 3P 16 kA 1 No. and 63 Amp MCCB 3P 16 kA 1 No.s for Outgoing Circuits. .

Earthing of substation-Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000 mm, installation of Earthing pipe of 40 mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thickness & length 2.5 mtr long as Per IS 1239. GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 25 mmx3 mm, for connection of transformer body,G.O set & lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts,refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth Chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover complete in all respects as per standards.

Supplly installation testing and commissioning of 3 phase trivector meter Prodigy complete in all respects as per standards

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 50 sqmm 3.5 core 1.1 kV grade LT XLPE cable

Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per Standards 0.5cum/0.45 cum pole comlete in all respects.

Earthing of steel tubular poles complete by GI pipe 40mm or GI rod 20mm 3.0 mtr long through GI strip 25x3 as per standards.

Painting of Poles with one coat of Red Oxide and two coats of alimunium paint to give uniform shine.

Supply and fixing of GI barbed wire Anti climbind Device with clamps complete in all respects as per Standards

Supply of bamboo ladders 20 ft long

Supply of safety helmets as per IS standards

Supply of safety shoes with steel toes as per IS standards

Supply and fixing of danger plates with clamps complete in all respects as per Standards
