Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes, laying of pipe, for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out CI / DI pipe any type including fittings with spigot and socketed end centrifugally cast laid in trenches including removing of lead, cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc for following sizes :- Note :- Old lead shall be re - used under respective items retrived from this items.

Supply, laying, fixing and testing for ductile iron pressure socket and spigot type pipe, class K-7 including push on rubber gasket joints in standard working length confirming to IS-8329 / 2000 with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

Supply and fixing cast iron flanged sluice valve of class PN-1.6 installed complete with ISI marked (IS-14846) with Mild steel spindle and hand wheel complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable sluce valve for following size :-

Taking up or down (from wall / trenches / floor) existing GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed for following sizes :-

Fixing only GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position including cleaning internally and externally, any grade / make in trenches / wall / floor / ceiling including all type of new fittings i.e. sockets, Tee union elbow etc complete all as specified and directed for following sizes :- NOTE :- Old GI pipe shall be used retrived from srl item No. 07.
