Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work of Rs.3,99,000.00 to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work, for all works costing upto and Rs.100 lakh.

All the bidders, bidding for the Work, shall be registered with contractor registered with Electrical Inspectorate Department.

Financial Status

Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover Rs.7,98,000.00 Certified turnover certificate issued by the Chartered accountant with UDIN Number.

The contractor should have liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.2,40,000 (Unconditional Credit line/Letter of credit/Certificates from Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,as for format attached in Bid Document)
