Dismantling and taking down mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, channels,angles,clamps etc from pole structure segregating serviceable portion and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and removing unserviceable portion from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from LT pole and setting aside the serviceable quantity for reuse and removing the unserviceable quantity from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators of any size /type and setting aside the serviceable quantity for reuse and removing the unserviceable quantity from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable UG cable of any size all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (Using 40 mm grade aggregate as in foundation of pole, stay and filling and mass concrete) including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in copping of existing and new electric pole at site including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 09 m long, type 410 SP-32, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked conforming to IS:2713-1980, complete with all accessories, such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black japan paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L outdoor type street light junction boxes with PVC water tight encloser, ready made type, with provision of suitable size 25/35 sqmm 3.5core cable including aluminium bus bars for three phases and one neutral mounted on insulators and bus bar having provision of 10-32 A SP MCB terminal connection and inter connection of street light from pole to pole and pole to light fittings including necessary PVC insulated waather proof twin core 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) aluminium conductor cable, 1100 volts grade drawn and including PVC conduit of suitable size with clamps (3 Nos) , nuts, bolts etc from Junction box to street light connection, including taking down of existing unserviceable of junction box complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L under ground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts (earthed) grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/ pipes/ ducts/ wall/ boarings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including disconnecting and taking out of existing LT cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth, sand coushioning and protection for cable work shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No: 23 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed (Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid)

Material and labour for well burnt bricks,Sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white / brown including galvanized mild steel straps (of size 31 mm x 3 mm) washers, insulator bolts ( 12 mm dia) washers and nuts per size of height 75 mm and dia 90 mm for working pressure 1100 Volts all as specified and as directed.

S&F New Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of any size, type, fixed to poles and stretching properly drawn for overhead lines on poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of wire including 15mm dia PVC seperater at equal interval including removing old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, trimming and vending tree branches along LT over head lines, after arranging electrical shutdown , including taking all precautions while working on lines using own T&P by the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note :- (i) Branches of trees shall be cut upto 3 metre from the outer conductor of OH line. (ii) Cutting/trimming of branches shall be done after obtaining necessary shut down in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge to avoid any casualty.

M&L for GI pipe 80 mm dia "light grade" ISI marked, laid in trenches/ on floors/on, pole/road for cable protection including necessary joints / fittings including taking up / down and removing old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Detecting the fault of LT 440 volt overhead/ underground system of any feeder/location with necessary safety, testing equipment, tools and plants and rectify the defects on top priority basis/ as and when required including testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed.

Painting to existing PCC poles of any length including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved, factory made, LT Feeder Pillar Box cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) for doors covers and internal partitions and shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of brick work in CM (1:2:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 450mm. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 400 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars, supported with DMC / SMC barriers and coluor coded, prewired with copper cable, the degree of protection is IP-54. the panel shall be complete with instrumentation such as LED phase indicating lamps and CT's, including extended aluminium strip of rating of Incomer (400Amps), and outgoing as per rating of MCCB’s, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable dismantled before etc., and comprising of the following:-

(a) MCCB 400 Amps, 4 pole with breaking capacity 36KA (Adjustable thermal & magnetic release) - 01 Nos(Incomer)
