LED street light of pressure die cast alluminium LM 6 aloy housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protections top opening for separate driver compartment with frame, brand, logo embossed, toughened glass cover. High power ceramic base, CRI > 70,and bolted inside the luminaire panel. Average life class of 50000 hrs metal body fully coated phase to phase protection at 440 V upto 4 hours and > 300 V auto cut and restart feature. S&F in replacement of unserviceable driver for LED street of capacity 30 to 70Watt for any make and type all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair metal core PCB/MCPCB copper& Aluminium core boards of street light any make of capacity 60 watt 3000K all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long, including MS clamps made out out of MS flat iron of size 40X4mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of SINGLE phase 8 KW Automatic street light control switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Switching off illuminance level should be of minimum 30 Lux and Switching off illuminance should be greater than or equal to 10 LUX. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof , termite proof and fire resistant grade with hensel enclosures, conforming to IP66 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of junction box poly corbonate with glass fibre reinforced , environment friendly, recylable, UV resistant , halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and Din rail for fixing the MCB including one No. MCB SP 6A 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of electric pole removing complete dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 9 to 12 metres cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining and repainting existing marking on pole and replacement of reflective band of 3M brand RED-YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers of minimum 5 cm in height wrapped all around the pole all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair of shackle type insulator porcelain vitrous white, brown or green insulator incl galvanised mild steel straps washers insulators bolts washers of size 75x90 mm all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size (compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sqcm) for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electic cable with stranded aluminim conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/ through pipes/in floor road/along the pole etc all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 28 here-in-before but of size 25 sqmm 4 core.

M&L for binding the dislocated conductor with insulator on pole with aluminium conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : (i) The rate of aluminium conductor for binding shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted by the Contractor. (ii) Binding of 2x insulator measured as ONE JOB).

M&L for painting the PCC pole of 05 Nos bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) including all MS fitting street light brackets MS flate angle iron GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed to match the existing poles.

M&L in replacement of sensor (NS-02) for single phase/ three phase as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, flood light, post top lantern of any size/capacity at any height and repair the street lights, flood lights and post top lanten having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition, shifting and refixing the same etc and making the light functional all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note : (a) Complaint shall be done within 24 hrs after intimation by JE E&M Engineer-in-Charge failling which penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint will be levied on contractor. (b) One supervisor will report to JE E/M , Engineer -in-Charge on daily basis with complaint register).

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit i.e Rs. 2,53,061/- from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
