The intending bidder Satisfactory completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as a prime contractor for at least one similar work such as Construction of Check dam/Pick-up/Bridge cum Barrage/ Bridges of value not less than Rs 40.27 lakhs (Value 50% of the Estimated Cost put to tender) during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. Certificates should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent/above the rank of government department.

Each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 ,Executed in any one year (for a continuous period of 12 months) the minimum quantities of work (usually 80% of annual requirement) for works costing up to Rs.100.00 lakhs,01.Earth work Excavation, Desilting, Embankment & Filling(Combined qty-11940.00cum. 02 Cement Concrete (both PCC and RCC)-696.00cum 03.Fabrication of reinforcement steel -5.60 tonne

The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 80.53 Lakhs(usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing up to 100 Lakhs) in the last five years period i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. Annual Turnover Certificate along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered Accountants should be uploaded with 18-Digits system generated unique number UDIN Number

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 24.16 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) in the Prescribed Format

Contractor should produce the updated G.S.T Clearance Certificates, IT Returns, Profit and Loss Statements along with balance sheets issued by Chartered Accountant for the years from 2020 TO 2024-25

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Banker Details for reference

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

Item Rates are Exclusive of GST and amount to tender is also Exclusive of GST hence the contractor should quote his/ her rate Exclusive of GST.
