Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, replacement and retrofitting of 10 Nos. 150HP/110 kW, 415 V, 3 phase, 50Hz fully automatic soft starter units for cooling water pump with over current, short circuit, phase loss, phase reversal, locked rotor protection along with associated contactors and components without altering the existing wiring scheme, with all the existing interlocks, protections and commissioning of the system at work site. The 110kW drive used in Soft Starter panel shall be of Make M/s ABB/ M/s Siemens / M/s Schneider with 110 kW drive of Model PSTX210 600 70 or equivalent and the supplied model should have interchangeability of parts and easy inventory management so as to suit the existing cooling water pump soft starter panels. Supply of 10 Nos. and installation, testing, commissioning, replacement & retrofitting of 9 nos. new soft starters for existing 150 HP Cooling water pump motors starter panels at site. The complete work will be given on turnkey basis and all incidental works to carry out the retrofitting work of automatic soft starter panel with the existing wiring scheme are automatically covered in the scope of work.
