Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Extra for hot dip galvanizing to Steel Angles frame/ flats/ plates/ railing of hot dip galvanised coating of 610 gm/sqm(approx. 85 microns) including making necessary holes etc as per standard drawing of tower for missing/rusted pieces complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Raising of OAN manholes in range of 5cm to 10cm above road level or as per site requirement. This includes earth work in excavation, cutting existing road surface including bituminous surface, packed metals and soiling etc , demolishing existing RCC OAN manhole walls upto 30cm height , removal of manhole cover, frame ,fixing the reinforcement with the existing reinforcement of manhole wall as per site requirement including the cost of shuttering, laying of RCC 1 : 1 ½ : 3 ( 1 : Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) , smooth finishing of the RCC surface with 6mm thick cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) , straighting and repairing of frame including welding ,fixing of covers with frame etc complete, disposal of surplus material etc. beyond municipal limit but excluding the cost of reinforcement in manholes walls which will be paid seperately all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and Refixing the Old dismantled RCC manhole Cover of size 1200 mm X 400mm X 150 mm including demolishing the old damaged cement concrete from the structural steel cover and providing fresh reinforced cement concrete of grade M30 in the cover including providing necessary reinforcement all complete as per direction of E-in-Charge. (Cost of Reinforcement will be paid for separately).

Extra /deduct for additional 10cm height or part thereof beyond specified in item above

Credit for reinforcement bars M.S articles like flat, channel etc. obtained from dismantling.
