REPAIR MAINT OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER 433 KV 400 KVA SER NO HD 501/33 UNDER GE FARIDKOT

1.1 Technician & equipment charges for draining of transformer oil from transformer into separate container via filtration plant and subsequent loading at site and unloading at workshop. 1.2 M&L for replacement of one HV/LV limb with new tripple paper cover (DPC) insulation as per specification of copper conductor, (LV/HV-56 KG) for 11/0.433 KV transformer of capacity 400 KVA & matching with same size of gauge, same number of turns including best quality insulation, varnishing by vaccuum impregnation and baking of core and winding assembly, dehydration and filteration of transformer oil, application of heat resistant paint inside the tank, Breather 500 Gm, Temperature indicator complete to achieve designed voltage ratio all as per manufactures instruction complete and conduction of following routine test as per IS 2026 (Part I) -1977 at repairing workshop having valid calibration of test equipments :- (i) Measurement of winding resistance. (ii) Measurement of voltage ratio and check of voltage vector relationship. (iii) Measurement of impedance voltage/short circuit impedance (principal tapping) and load loss . (iv) Measurement of no load loss and current. (v) Measurement of insulation resistance, (vi) Dielectric tests of oil (vii) Oil pressure test (viii) Double voltage and double frequency test (ix) Magnetic Balance test 1.3 Transportation charges from Faridkot to Bathinda Workshop and return after repair. 1.4 Assembling & commisioning at site.
