Providing and Supplying of Auxiliary Items for Old Collectorate, Daman.

Providing and fixing 25mm thick commercial grade plywood on MS structural framework, including fabrication and erection of necessary M.S. square/rectangular pipe structure, cutting, welding, grinding, primer painting, fixing of plywood with suitable screws, nuts, bolts and approved hardware fittings, complete with all labour, materials, tools & tackles, transportation, loading/unloading, scaffolding and finishing work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15mm thick engineered solid wood flooring of approved make such as Mikasa or equivalent, comprising top UV coated wooden wear layer bonded on plywood base, in approved shade and pattern, including surface preparation, underlay wherever required, adhesive fixing, cutting, edge finishing, skirting/joint treatment, complete installation with all necessary accessories, labour, tools & tackles, transportation, loading/unloading and finishing work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15mm thick engineered solid wood flooring skirting and T-patti work in approved shade and finish, including 75mm / 50mm size matching wooden skirting, plywood base/patti as required, fixing with suitable adhesive, nails and hardware accessories, cutting, edge finishing, polishing and complete installation with all labour, materials, tools & tackles, transportation, loading/unloading and finishing work, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 3mm thick underlay foam sheet below wooden flooring, of approved quality and make, including surface cleaning and preparation, laying with proper alignment and jointing as per manufacturer specifications, complete with all labour, materials, tools & tackles, transportation, loading/unloading and necessary finishing work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges for laying and fixing wooden flooring, including application of approved adhesive/glue and liquid compound, proper cutting, fitting, alignment and finishing of flooring boards/tiles, complete with necessary labour, tools & tackles, handling, cleaning and all incidental works required for proper installation, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing gypsum board partition/wall panelling above bathroom wall area, using approved quality moisture resistant gypsum board fixed on G.I. framework with necessary channels, studs, screws and jointing compound, including cutting, finishing, taping of joints, surface preparation and complete installation with all labour, materials, tools & tackles, scaffolding, transportation, loading/unloading and finishing work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing room carpet of approved quality, design, colour and make, suitable for indoor flooring application, including necessary underlay wherever required, cutting to required size, transportation, loading/unloading and all incidental charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, testing & Commissioning 40 Litre capacity solid door thermo-electric mini bar/refrigerator of approved make and model, suitable for hotel/office/residential use, complete with adjustable shelves, temperature control system and all standard accessories, including transportation, loading/unloading, placement at site and testing & commissioning, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing hotel safety locker/safe of size 200 x 420 x 370 mm, black colour, with electronic digital locking system, suitable for hotel/office/residential use, complete with mounting accessories and standard fittings (battery not included), including transportation, loading/unloading, installation and testing, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
