Dismantling of 1 roof (approx 125 sqft) and wall (approx 56 sqft) complete including removing malba/debris from roof to ground floor as per required.

Dismantling of 1 numbers mumty (roof approx 140 sqft & wall approx 300 sqft) and small room (roof approx 36 sqft & wall approx 84 sqft) on Roof top complete including removing malba/debris from roof to ground floor as per required.

Removing /dismantling of antenna from roof top to ground floor as per required

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following a. operations:Removig/dismantling of existing roof plaster and removing malba from roof to ground floor as per required. b.Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. c. Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. d.The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Removing malba/debris from site to dumping ground.

Retrofitting

Dismantling Loose plaster of Roof & Wall.

Applying 20 mm cement plaster of mix : (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Identifying loose hollow, cracked concrete. Chiseling off the same carefully by manual method, upto good non- carbonated concrete.Lowering, stacking the debris.A) Brushing cleaning the exposed reinforcement. Hacking loose, delaminated concrete, loose aggregates from the surface of tor steel bar. Providing and applying rust converter chemical Sika rust off 100 or equivalent.Washing cleaning and re- brushing the steel after 12 hours minimum. Surface area of steel reinforcement will be measured for payment.B) Providing and applying Zinc rich primer BASF Master Emaco p-130 / Sika Fria Zinc, of approved make to the exposed, cleaned reinforcement. Surface area of steel reinforcement shall be measured for payments. All charges for providing and applying NITO BOND -EP on existing surface for all building elements and at all level as per manufacturer specification all complete as per the instruction of Engineer In charge.

The damaged concrete patch shall be repaired with polymer modified mortar of structural grade having mix design as 50 kg cement: 200 kg coarse sand: 5 kg Sika Latex (Product Data Sheet enclosed), and water to have workable consistency. PMM shall be applied in multiple layers of not more than 15 mm thickness in one layer in the maximum of 40 mm.

Providing & applying 6mm average thick Cement Sand Plaster with Polypropylene Fiber to slab soffit in superstructure above plinth level up to any height & level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including hacking the surfaces, scaffolding, curing, making grooves at desired locations & curing etc. all complete as per details, specifications, drawings and to the satisfaction of the Engineer.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Applying wall putty on new plaster

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger. 4 mm thick cement board tiles size 600 mm x 600 mm.

Repairing of Existing false ceiling as per required.

Dismantling of brick wall for door opening as required.

Aluminium door with powder coated as per required Size- 3'x6.5'

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels. 8.2.2.2 Granite of any colour and shade

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Neat cement punning

Providing and applying liquid membrane water proffing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs,balconies ,terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) clean the existing surface with wire brush & remove all the loose materials /particls. (b) Fill Cracks and uneven surface with Dr fixit URP in ration of (1:1) i.e. 1 part of dr fixit URP and 1 part of cement and allow to dry 6-8 hours. (c) Clean the surface with water and allow to dry. (d) Apply Dr fixit primeseal primer @ (2:1) i.e 2 part of Dr fixit primeseal and 1 part of water and allow to dry for 2-3 hours. (e) Make 4 sqm square grid on the entire surface and apply dr fixit new coat @ 2 sqm/ltr /percoat in horizontal direction. (f) Apply 3 coats of dr fixit new coat @ 2sqm/ltr/percoat in the direction perpendicular to each other. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Providing sand stone slab for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural steel sections (Karries or battens or structural steel sections to be paid separately), including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) complete : Red sand stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work - Exposed on wall 50 mm dia nominal bore
