Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as as directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but exceeding ashlar facing and pre-cast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors & paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water trough and the like, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC(1:2:4) type B2, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel, drain including formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm, at bottom and back of wall, complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed.

S & F precast reinforced cement concrete cover slab for manhole cover and drain cover in RCC(1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar(1:4), including formwork, complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
