M&L for providing and erecting at site self -Supported steel H- Frame Scaffolding only for structural repairs of column with micro concrete or columns jacketing with cross bracings of good quality without dents and corrosion to reach place of work including approaches, extension, working platform ladders, lifting tackle necessary wall anchors for men and materials till completion of all structural repair items of work and curing period etc. complete. The work should be carried out with all the safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor this item should be used only for structural repair work for entire period of building. (Payment should be only once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.) etc. complete all as specified & directed .

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable material within premises at a suitable stacking location at ground level including all lead & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge without disturbing the other structural elements.

Demolishing reinforced cement concrete Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting of reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.5 here-in before but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layersnot exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified .

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains or rising of water table while excavation complete all as specified and as directed

Breaking carefully the loose concrete of distressed member without damaging existing strong concrete by means of sharp chisle which should tempered regularly with high frequency low impact hammers , cleaning the surface by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles , air drying the surface etc. The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.( The damaged ceiling / concrete will be measured).

Providing and erecting steel tubular props of required height upto 14' feet, L head or flat head braced at center and supporting a continuous 2"x 3" wooden runner , resting on wedge and block minimum capacity 3 Ton to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing etc. and maintain them in position till required etc. complete. The props are erected in perfect vertical in plumb distributing the load equally/ uniformly . The location of every prop should be one over another floor and it should not be eccentric. The tightening of every prop should be uniform to all props to strain the building uniformly, removing the same as and when directed by structural engineer/ site Engineer. Cleaning the existing reinforcement with hammer tapping and wire Brush/ rotary wire brush, fixed to hand drill machine, making the surfaces free from loose corrosion material, dirt scaling etc. complete. Applying two coats of polymer based alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B 117 by means of paint brush, liberally all over in two coats of 1 hour between the costs, The product should converts the rust in to stable oregano metallic complex molecule layer, this should also act as primer to further treatment of steel etc. complete . Providing and applying two coats of concrete penetrating hi- tech corrosion inhibition mechanism to inhibit corrosion of steel in concrete at the poles, cathode & anode simultaneously on concrete surface prepared earlier. Providing and applying 15 mm thick polymer mortar to load carrying R.C.C member in two layers in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight with polymer of approved quality and make, cement and wash quartz sand with required W.C. ratio for desired floating, curing after initial setting time etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing distressed / loose/ cracked/ porous carbonated, loose part of concrete and repairing the damaged surface of concrete , fix the form work/ structural element, pour the free flow ready mix micro concrete mix with water as per manufacturer’s instructions in the form work. Providing and Fixing Shear connectors of 8mm dia. TMT steel with two component, styrene & cement free, epoxy-acrylate fixing and anchoring compound supplied in self-mixing Cylinder-in-cartridge form that avoids site mixing using standard sealant applicator gun after drilling holes of 12mm diameter to a minimum depth of 100mm at required locations, inclusive of all material, manpower and equipment. Drilling and fixing Teflon perforated nozzles in RCC member, including drilling 14 mm dia. 50to 100mm deep holes in structural members at intervals of 600 mm in staggered manner as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in RCC structural elements, cleaning holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, fixing of nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun, fixing nozzles by means of epoxy sealant to ensure complete sealing, curing the system for min. 12 hours with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc . complete all as specified and as directed

Injecting low viscosity grade epoxy grout by pressure by epoxy or grouting pump and compressor batching, grouting using grouting gun with resin mix, maintaining desired pressure at exit (7 to 10 kg / Sq.cm) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements till its refusa, sealing the nozzle with epoxy sealant after the refusal, monitoring leakages through other nozzles while grouting and sealing them as per the requirement. Repeat the process all the nozzles. Complete the operation at pot life of material , grouting is continued to all the nozzles from bottom to top and not from top to bottom, cleaning the gun and accessories (Valves, pipes and other fixtures) with thinner.
