Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Fixing of 100 mm dia nomial size 6.0 mtr long G I pipe of medium grade ( swastic or equivalent make as per BIS specifications including welding /bolting/of fixtures i.e. brackets/foot rests/bottom plate etc and making necessary arrangement for errection of pipe pole assembly at specified location, on the terrece of building including lifting,errecting,fixing of complete assembley of GI Pipes poles to the terrece of building for installation of BTS anteena, . All work is to be executed at site as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 100 mm dia pipe will be supplied by BSNL at Store of CTO Building Jabalpur

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

TMT bars

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised (minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm² ), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame, concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting (two or more coats) on pipe poles and ms brackets etc. with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approved steel primer on new work.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel/GI cap or spot welded plate to the top of GI pipe, as per requirement, all complete.

Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. The Operation include cleaning on under surface with wire brush and raking joints and repaing damaged brickbats with new one.

(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane

Repair of water dampness/leakage in sunken/ plain/horizontal/vertical portion of roof slab, wall etc over terrace by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound of pidilite URP 301 or equivalent consisting of following operations : a)surface cleaning/ scrapping by applying coir brushes etc including removal of all loose partical,dirt, dust,algae from damaged surface by manually. b) the cracks in joints or else to be widen upto 5mm including removing all loose materials and clean the entire area by water. c)remove the damaged/swelled portion of plaster and clean the surface before plastering. d)after surface preparation, mix the cement slurry and URP301 or equivalent compound, in the ratio of 1 kg of URP301 with 1.5 kg of cement without using water and then applying/filling in the crack properly.This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. e)after drying the all above, applying Ist coat of cement slurry and URP301 or equivalent compound, in the ratio of1 kg of URP301 with 5 kg of cement without using water with brush over the repaired portion. f)after proper drying time applying the second coat of cement slurry and URP301 or equivalent compound, in the ratio of 1 kg of URP301 with 5 kg of cement without using water with brush over the Ist coat.

the all above operation shall be carried out in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface area will be measured.)

Repair to existing acrylic sheet roofing over expansion joint including straighteing of angles and grouting wherever required and providing new sheet at broken places only
