Earth work in rough excavation in hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Hard rock obatined from excavation shall become the property of contractor and a credit of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) per cubic meter on stack measurement after deducting 50% quantity for voids shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor and Blasting of Hard rock is prohibited.

Note for item No.23: (i) Design/ Drawing / BOMT / Technical specifications of the energy meter is to be got obtained from the OEM/ Authorised supplier and the same is to be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before placing the final order to OEM/Authorised supplier. (ii) The complete work of installation, commissioning and testing & linking of the energy meter to the existing/new software is to be got done from the OEM/Authorised channel partner only. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of linking each meter with the centralized electricity charging unit software as specified.

(iv) The meter waranty should be 3 years, service waranty should be 5 years and life time service support. (v) The mete should be able to blink and give buzzer warining to indicte low balance. (vi) There should be an option for friendly credit. (vii) Any rejoining of wires/cables shall be done using suitable ferrule/cable connectors after removal of meter.

Note: 4P MCCBs and MCBs will be measured and paid separately.

Suppy and fix MCB SPN, 240 Volts, C - Series of capacity 06-32 Amps with breaking capacity 10 kA all as per Cat No.4086 09 to 4086 17 of Legrand or Cat No.811144 to 811151 of INDOASIAN or DHMGCSNF006-032 of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, C curve, 10 kA all as per Cat No.4085 87 to 4085 95 of Legrand or Cat No.AU10s 10(06-32) 3C of L&T or DHMGCSPF006-032 of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT/HARDSTANDING

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick of white, golden, yellow or black colour as required and confirming to BS 3262-1989 including reflectorising glass bead @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as per IRC:35(1997) and as per Clause 803 of MORTH specification with special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement up to 160°C, driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturers' instruction etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix stainless steel sections (square/circular/rectangular section/chains etc.) of first quality with the wall thickness of 16 gauge and of grade 304 including necessary fabrication, drilling, fixed to floor with flat iron clamps at bottom and grouted with cement and shall be covered with Stainless steel shoe etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply and lay Double Wall Corrugated High-density polyethylene (SN 8) pipe of nominal size 150mm (ID 148.5mm/ OD 172.5mm) conforming to IS 16098-2013), laid in trenches/floors over concrete bed with and including collars, necessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories, sealing of joints etc., complete all as specified and directed.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING

Material and labour for High Yield Srength corrossion resistant TMT steel bars in reinforcement of water retaining structures like UG Sump/static tank, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D (CRS) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for High Yield Srength corrossion resistant TMT bars in reinforcement of water retaining structures like UG Sump/static tank, 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D (CRS) all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, lay and testing of Ductile Iron pipes of size 100mm bore with spigot & socket ends, cast special, class K9 conforming to IS 8329 with inside surface of centrifugally cast cement mortar lined suitable for tyton joint (Push-on joint) in any length laid to level or to falls in trenches/ on grounds / on supports including DI specials as required at site and jointing with flexible push-on type gasket of electrometric (EPDM) joining materials conforming to IS:5382 and making good for disturbed surfaces of roads, path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for the route of pipe line, welding, cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe line of any size up to 400 mm dia for inserting branch connections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No.37: (i) Excavation and earthwork, Returning, filling in and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of any damages to the existing structures etc., during the course of execution.

Material and labour for for ductile iron fittings confirming to IS 9523 K-12 suitable for spigot and socket pipe class K-7 such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc., including rubber gasket joints & testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Construction of valve chamber of internal size 900 x 900 x 900mm including necessary earth work excavation, 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation with 100mm offset, 200mm thick PCC solid block masonry walls built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for internal surfaces and external plaster up to a depth of 15cm below GL, including provision of 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover, double door, welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock sixty five mm, brassd and keys(Godrej/Shell), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic eanmel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any kind of soil /any kind of rcok and disposal of surplus soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and as directed.
