No. 1742, 1745, 1746, 1747 In Ward No. 18 At Chinchwad."Keshavnagar Madyamik Vidyalay" structures with RCC, Steel and Masonry as shown in Photographs by mechanical means, like Poklen equipment or equivalent and breaking manually brickwork wall by chiselling and hammering method on all floors, Dismantling all RCC, Steel frame work, flat or curved / sloped RCC slab of ground and upper floor including cutting the steel reinforcement bar, structural steel, removing the all floor up to the ground level, carting away all the debrises, serviceable and unserviceable materials out of "Keshavnagar Madyanik Vidyalay" campus like doors, windows, ventilators, MS Railing, Collapsible Gate, Rolling shutter, AC sheet, steel reinforcement scrap, GI/CI pipes, structural steel, bricks, flooring, all electric wiring & fittings and fixtures etc. Levelling the ground, cleaning all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The building of Keshavnagar Madyamik Vidyalay has to be covered with hessian cloth from all around from top to bottom. All Security and Safety measures must be adopted by Demolition Contractor. Debrises are required to be taken out of the campus by obtaining required approval from PCMC authorities for dumping and gate passes will be issued by Security department of PCMC including all taxes, transportation, leads and lifts as directed byEngineer-in-Charge. Area of KeshavnagarMadyamik Vidyalay Building (G+2) structure= 1305.30 Sqm. and other ground floor building area 339.90 Sqm. Total Building area is 1645.20 Sqm.
