Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all lead and lift. a) Pick and jumper work.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge. a) All kinds of soil.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :- a) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of Centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to all height excluding the cost of Centering, shuttering and finishing :- a) 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Stone Filling Behind Retaining Walls :-

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. a) Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of materials upto all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications. a) Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.
