Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications .

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and delivery of 100mm dia DI class K7-Socket/Spigot pipes pipes and Specials as per IS 8329/2000 including loading transportation and unloading at site of work etc complete and all other incidental charges therefore etc complete. 1) 100mm dia DI class K7-Socket/Spigot pipes

Lowering Of DI Pipes and Specials with trenches and laying to proper grade and alighnment and as directed by departmental officers including all labour charges and all other incidental charges therefore etc complete 1) 100mm dia DI class K7-Socket/Spigot pipes

Supply and delivery of 100mm dia Double flanged Sluice Valves with cap/wheel as per IS 14846/2000 PN 1.0 with ISI marking including loading transportation and unloading at site of work etc complete and all other incidental charges therefore etc complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Jointing the Socket spigot pipes and specials with rupper casgets (Tiyton joint) inluding cost of lubricants testing to the required pressure with water including cost of jointing materials including jointing materials and all other charges therefore etc complete 1) 100mm dia DI class K7-Socket/Spigot pipes

Refilling the excavated earth complying with standard specifications of filling including all labour charhges and all other incidental charges etc complete
