Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2019-20 to 2024-25: Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works/Maintenance works) of Rs.647.00 lakhs during last five years

each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2019-20 to 2024-25: Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, atleast one water Supply Project including operation and maintenance for a minimum period of 6 months or Operation and Maintenance of water supply Scheme with man power for a period of 6 months of value not less than Rs. 162.00 lakhs

Maintained any Water Supply System in any One Year during last five years consisting of Maintenance of Water Supply Distribution network including Distribution main / Feeder main consisting of MS/DI/PSC/CI/PVC/HDPE pipe or in combination of minimum length 315 Km

The tenderer should have valid labour license for engaging manpower of similar water supply work and Bidder to submit copy of valid provident fund registration certificate, Employee state insurance registration certificate, Registration by the Labour department with regard to Labour in the cadre of C and D group on outsource basis. And The certified copies of Income Tax returns filed for the last two years. And Payment proof of remittances of ESI & EPF up to last financial year upto the last date of submission of tender

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.81.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually 30% of the amount of contract))

It is mandatory to upload the various Technical & Financial eligibility requirements and also fill up the formats mentioned in various Sections of Bid Document while submitting the bids. The incomplete bids shall be considered as substantially non responsive

Right to accept any tender and to reject any or all the tenders rests with the Chief Engineer, K.U.W.S and D. Board, Dharwad
