Requirede) An Affidavit should also be filed by the tenderers stating that they have not declared the same Stage II vehicles for another MLS Point within district or the MLS Points of neighboring districts for obtaining Stage II contract for that particular year. Tender without holding the number of vehicles prescribed stands rejected.
Requiredf) An affidavit stating that no forgery of signatures and fabricated documents were submitted for the purpose of award of contract.

Requiredh) Copies of RC Books, valid permit, Fitness certificate and Original document of Form24b latest from the date of issue of notification.
Requiredi) Copy of the Registered Partnership Deed (Form-V) along with Permanent and Present address of the Partners in case of Partnership firm with minimum one year of existence prior to notification of Foodgrains Tenders.
RequiredCopy of the firm Registration, if it is a firm or a Company.
RequiredIn case of partnership firm, all the partners should give an authorization letter, duly signed authorizing the Managing Partner to act on behalf of the firms in this matter.
RequiredOriginal document of Form24b shall be furnished at the time of filing, that should be latest from the date of issue of tender notification. The tenderer should submit insurance papers pertains to the vehicles submitted.
RequiredIn addition to the above, the tenderer has to produce the original documents of the vehicles i.e. RC Books, valid permits, Fitness certificates, Pollution Certificate at the time of filing of tender. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
RequiredThe age of the Vehicles should be below 14 years as on Tenders filing date i.e., not be earlier than January,2012.
