Digging in ordinary soil to a depth of 0.30m including breaking of clods removing & disposal of stones, roots & other debris to a initial lead of 50 m and stacking the same.

Soil preparation works by rough dressing excavated area, spreading of red soil in layer of 0.10 m (excluding cost of red soil)spreading of vermicompost manure over red soil @ 2Kg/m2 (Excluding cost of vermicomost)mixing of soil & manure thoroughly to a depth of 0.25m consolidating with water (excluding cost of water ) and fine dressing as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Supply & plantation of ornamental edge & hedge plants by excavation of trenches of 0.50 m width or shapes as per design of depth 0.30 m adding vermi compost @ 2 Kg/M2(excluding cost of vermicompost ) , mixing of soil & manure , filling of mixed soil in trenches, consolidating it with water, dressing, supply of well grown true to type hedge plants as per Annexure -I at plantation site , planting of hedge plants followed by watering ( excluding cost of water ) , etc .complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintaining the newly planted edge and hedge plants for Eighteen month by regular watering of plants every alternate day by hose pipe / rose can , earthing up , water basin preparation and weeding once in a month , clipping of hedges to give desired shape as and when required etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and plantation of healthy, rooted true to type Paspalum lawn grass (Paspalum notatum) in slabs/ tiles of size 2feet x 1 feet or other suitable size by placing it perfectly on finely dressed soil using turf plastering method, filling the joints of lawn slabs with mixture of soil and manure in 2: 1 proportion (excluding cost of soil and manure) ramming it properly with wooden log,watering once immediately after plantation etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - In - Charge.

Maintaining the newly planted lawn areas for 18 months regularly by watering the lawn area every alternate day by hose pipe & sprinkler system, trimming/moving of lawn areas by kerosene/petrol/diesel operated mechanical lawn mover once in a month , weeding out unwanted weeds, grass etc. from lawn area once in fortnight & sweeping of lawn areas once in a week for including removal of paper plastic waste, dried leaves etc. & its disposal at designated places within lead of 2.0 km as per directions & specifications of departmental engineers. (Note The maintenance period will start after complete plantation of lawn areas in item no 9 ).

Supply & plantation of ornamental shrubs of height 0.3 m to 2.0 m height ( as per list attached ) by excavation of pits of size 0.60 m dia and 0.60 m deep , removing of stone debris etc. from excavated area to a level of 50 m, adding vermicompost @ 2 kg / pit mixing of soil & manure in pit & consolidating it, dressing , supplying of well grown healthy shrubs as per Annexure – II at plantation site, planting of shrubs in pit, watering once ( excluding cost of water ) stacking of plants if required with bamboo sticks etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintaining the newly planted shrubs for Eighteen month by regular watering of shrubs every alternate day by hose pipe / rose can , earthing up , water basin preparation and weeding once in a month , stacking of plants as and when required with bamboo poles of height up to 2.0 m etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer – In – Charge

Providing and plantation of ornamental trees by excavation of pits of size 0.60 m dia. and 0.60 m deep, removing of stone debris etc. from excavated area to a level of 50 m, adding vermicompost @ 2 kg / pit mixing of soil & manure in pit (excluding cost of vermicompost & Red soil ) & consolidating it, plantation of well grown healthy trees of variety mentioned in specification at plantation site in pit, watering once ( excluding cost of water ) stacking of plants if required with bamboo sticks of suitable height etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintenance of trees for period of 18 months by watering every alternate day, ring making & weeding once in a month etc. complete as per directions of engg. In charge by as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying ,transporting and stacking of good quality red garden soil free from stones, murrum, weeds ,stubbles and other foreign material etc. at site with all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note : red soil measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment.)

Supplying of well rotten decomposed vermicompost manure in sealed bags of 50 kg capacity, free from clumps, sand & other foreign material etc. at plantation site. The sample of vermicompost should be got approved by the Engineer In Charge before supply of material .

Lead charges for lead exceeding 1 KM but Nost exceeding 2 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. (a) for soil

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 30mm With outside material

Murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not more than 150 mm thickness including supplying required materials and consolidation etc. complete (Murum to be brought from outside campus of BARC) Note: a) The contractor's quoted rate shall include royalty as per the prevailing government rates .Any increase in prevailing rate of royalty shall be borne by the contractor at no extra costto the owner b) Only compacted volume will be measured and paid )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels and as directed by the engineer.

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work by using steel plates, timber planks for PCC and miNosr structures including necessary strutting, proping, without staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Enginner-in-charge

Providing and fixing of rigid ISI marked socketed Unplasticised PVC pipes along withall required fittings and accessories etc.complete . The job also includes jointing of pipes with UPVC solvent cement solution ,trenching refilling and testing and testing the joints complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Hiring of hydraulic excavator for site clearance works by cutting & uprooting of wild thorny bushes ,excavation of pits for waste disposal ,filling back pits of waste from etc. complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge .

Hiring of dumper at BARC plant site as and when required during contract period for transporting & dumping excavated soil at designated places, disposal of debris ,uprooted plants ,root portion etc. at designated places within a lead of 3.0 km etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer -In-charge

Hiring of 10.00 MT capacity Mobile crane for shifting of material , lifting of tree logs ,etc. complete. The entire work shall be done as per direction & specifications of engineer in charge .
