Dismantling of old unserviceable shadow less light any type and model , supply and fix ,testing and commissioning of new Shadow less OT light for fixing in cealing . the shadow less light compress Lux Power intensity 160000,COLOR Rendering index 95,Color Temperature 3500-5200K Variable ,Fucusing -Adjustable by Handle, illumination Depth 10-25 CM,Size of light feild-125-300mm, Dimming:10%--100%,Led life-50,000 hours, Power supply:110-220 all as per manufacturer instruction / design and its errection should be carried out under the supervision of manufacturer.

Taking out old unserviceable inverter any size and capacity, deposited to MES store Yard , supply and installed 5.5 KVA Voltage 96V Technology IGBT Based PWM WaveForm:Pure Sine Wave it has light bulb indicators ,LCD display and power switch in red on the front and ports for charging the battery at the rear and inverter make PWM with IGBT technology and provide advanced lead acid or SMF battery management system that enhances its longevity and helps in fast paced charging.the key features of inverter Output Power and all as specified and directed. Make - Exide / Amaron / Microtek.

Repair overhauling of complete system and servicing of 5.5 KVA/96 Volt D.C input /220 Volt AC out put Microtech inverter, taking out old unserviceable items supply and fix new input and output terminal, DC out Put terminal, Digital Display and I.G.B.T Modem,I.G.B.T Drive Card,Control Card, Condencer DC and all connected material reassembling all accessories and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in charge . Note:- (a) Spares shall be included quated rates under revelant items of this schedule. (b) Howerever small pieces of wire terminals, soldering / clipings required at site for proper functioning of the eqpt are deemed to be included in the quated rates under this item.

Taking out old unserviceable battery any size and capacity ,supply and fix 12 volt, 180 AH battery ,brass thimbles 02 Nos for Earch battery, including connecting material suitable for battery to invertor & Battery to Battery all as specified and directed. Make - Exide /Amaron / Microtek

Taking out old unserviceable oil seal assembly and M & L for carbon oil seal assembly suitable for Voltas 60 / 72TR compressor assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of compressor chamber of 60 / 72 TR capacity (Make-Voltas) AC Plant and replacement of oil filter, cover gasket, servicing of compressor, charging of compressor oil, leakage test, pressure test, replacement of defective shaft seal, repair and adjustment to loader / unloaded system, minor nuts bolts and minor parts including charging of refrigerant gas and realignment of motor and compressor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ

M & L for Major over hauling of compressor chamber of 60 / 72 TR capacity (Make -Voltas) AC Plant and repaire / replacement of unserviceable / Broken Parts i.e. piston , Piston rod , any major parts etc., of compressor and charging of compressor oil, leakage test, pressure test, repair and adjustment to loader/unloaded system, and connected parts of nuts bolts including charging of refrigerant gas and realignment of motor and compressor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ

Supply and filling compressor oil of N-68 grade including opening of compressor in position, cleaning the oil chamber and draining out old oil from the chamber and testing after filling oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging of Refrigerent R 134 A / R-22 of Central AC plant (03 Nos) for required cooling effect and testing after filling of refrigerent complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable Digital Micro Processor (parameter control / setting box) & supply and fix new digital microprocessor parameter setting control box model No MVPD 30-220 Amps including data bus strip & necessary connection, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable induction motor from AC Plant deposite in to MES store yard supply and installed testing and commissioning of new 3 Phase 10HP 4 Pole Foot Mounted induction Motor as per existing location including all conected material such as nut,bolt washers etc., all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Make : Crompton or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M & L for servicing of chiller-1 No, AHU-2 Nos, control panel-3 Nos alongwith connected accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Small pieces of wire terminals, soldering / clipings required at site for proper functioning of the eqpts are deemed to be included in quated rates under this items.

Taking down old unserviceable heating element from AHU unit and S&F new heating element as per existing capacity , heating element suitable for 60/72 TR AHU unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
