Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, within all lifts and lead up to 30m. as per MORT & H specification no 301

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying Dense graded Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ton per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading -II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% of mix, transported to site , laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade , lavel and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction. as per MORT&H Specification. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Below BC

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cable etc in ordinary soil (Loan clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m. lead up to 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c within a lead of 50m. Providing and laying in cement concrete 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M 150 [stone ballast 4 (40 mm. normal size) : 2 approved coarse sand : 1 cement] and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. (S.I. No.279a )

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor two level.
