Repair and maintenance Existing Temporary Jetty (Shantadurga Jetty) Adjacent to Santa Monica Jetty, Patto, Panaji (2nd call)

Dismantling the tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement including stacking of materials within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Demolishing R.C.C. work including stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable within 50 mts. lead.

Dismantling steelwork in single sections in channels, angles, tees and flats including dismembering and stacking within 50 mts. lead

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means over areas in all types of soil/saturated soil for all depths including removing of all types of debries, wooden logs, slug small boulders, etc along with disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m disposed earth to be neatly dressed and leveled including pumping or bailing out water as directed by engineer in charge. (disposal of soil will be paid separately), depth of excavation will be decided by engineer in charge.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers (excluding rock) not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Supplying, heading, pointing, and driving Jamba wooden bally piles of mean diameter 150 mm and length above 2.50 meters up to 3.50 meters, including cutting the piles to the required length (not exceeding 9 meters) and planting them in position ready for driving. The work includes heading and pointing of whole bally piles (up to 200 mm diameter) with provision and fixing of pile shoes and rings, cutting off the heads after driving, taking out rings, and removing the cut-off portions to the departmental store as specified. The item also includes driving the wooden piles, either in vertical or battered positions, to the approved lines and levels through various soil strata, using all necessary appliances and arrangements for pile driving. Only the portion of the pile embedded in the ground shall be measured for payment.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) High Performance Concrete per MORTH clause 1715 manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level. M-30grade of concrete
