Materials and labour for repairs to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each and depth of potholes exceeding 30mm including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam) and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Screening of road metal, Chipings, etc on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured)

Material and labour for 7.5cm thick compacted thickness water bound macadam with coarse aggregate of grading-3( 50m to 20mm size), using granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient or camber complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, using old stone aggregates from screening item here-in-before, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG 20 Grade) by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerised hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines,dashes,arrows, letters, etc. on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirt dust complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of minimum size 100x100 and 20 mm thick made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degrees to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I : 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repair delinator round body fitted with two numbers 100mm dia of highly reflective reflectors of minimum size 700mm x 50mm x 100mm made out of PMMA materials mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia duly powder coated, anti-rust and anti theft steel net all as directed.MAKE : 3M/AVERY DENNISONA/VARGO/DARK EYE.
