Item No.1 Cutting down trees including trunks and branches with girths of the following sizes and stacking the materials neatly with all lifts and lead of 1000m. as directed and earth filling in the depression/pit if any.

i) With girth of 30-60cm

ii) With girth of 60-90cm

iii) With girth of 90-180cm

Item No.2 Dewatering on BHP basis by using water pump including diversion of stream, providing cofferdams, earthern bunds etc. as may be necessary for foundation and other parts of the the works and pumping out water during and after excavation as may be required by using 5.0 to 9.0 BHP pump etc. complete. (prior approval of Superintending Engineer will be necessary)

Item No.3 Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of Item No. 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.

Item No.4 Removing rich mix cement concrete including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etc, complete.

Item No.5 Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Item No.6 Excavation for roadway in hard murum and boulder including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m.and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Item No.7 Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m.) By Mechanical Means

Item No.8 Excavation for foundation in hard murum including removing the excavated material upto distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.50 m) By Mechanical Mean

Item No.9 Excavation for foundation /pipe trenches in slush Muddy/ Marshy / Slushy /Soil including use of poclain, labour for dewatering during execution including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres and lifts as below, stacking and spreading as directed, preparing the bed by cleaning the mud, labour required for execution for shutterng item but excluding backfilling etc. complete. Providing and fixing shuttering shall be paid separately. Lift 0 to 1.5 M

Item No.10 Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting within a lead of 50 m, not less than 97% of standard Proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 cm. to 30 cm. with Power roller.

Item No.11 Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from other sources upto lead of 50m. including all lifts, laying in layers of 20cm. to 30cm. thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades & section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller with V-Sat attachment to achieve not less than 97 % of standard proctor density etc. complete ( Material obtained from Other sources) Subgrade

Item No.12 Transportation of excess excavated materials upto 20 kms distance including loading, unloading, stacking and spreading as directed etc. complete.

Item No.13 Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 Plant Mix Method

Item No.14 Construction of dry lean cement concrete Subbase over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineerincharge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of subgrade surface if required etc. complete.

Item No.15 Providing and laying insitu M-40 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement with max 20% fly Ash ( Flyash upto 20% by weight of Cement) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, using fine & coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 6003 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a batching and mixing plant/ non tilting mixer and Weigh batcher as per approved mix design, admixtures, transporting to site, spreading, laying compacting and finished in a continuous operation, finishing to lines, grades and brooming/tanning as directed by Engineerincharge and curing by curing compound /by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 @0.6m X 0.6m centre to centre, admeasuring 80 mm at bottom and 40 mm at top with depth of 75mm and maintaining the same throughout curing period by any other method approved by Engineerincharge (initial lead of 5.00 Km for raw materials up to plant site) Spec. No. M.O.R.T.& H 2013. Cl602 P.N.263

Item No.16 Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and depth 60mm. .in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay / slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer incharge.

Item No.17 Providing and laying 125 micron Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) sheet confirming to IS 3395 : 1997 below concrete pavement including all materials and labour complete.

Item No.18 Providing expansion joints with 25mm thick bituminous pad as per detailed drawings etc. complete.

Item No.19 Providing to contraction joints polysuphide sealent (Pouring grade) confirming to BS : 5212 - 1989 into sawed groove widened at top for sealent reservoir of specified size and shape as per detailed drawing including fixing Polyethylene foam backer rod of required diameter (appraox. 25% larger than the initial 3 mm.to 4 mm. joint) overlaid with bond breaking tape as per detailed drawing. Item includes cleaning the joints with water jet / air compressor and allowing joint to become thoroughly dry before sealent is applied and applying primer. (A) Contraction and longitudinal joints (15 mm. deep x 8 mm.wide)

Item No.20 Providing & laying R.C.C. running beam in M-40 cement concrete including required formwork mixing, compacting & curing, etc. complete reinforced with 12mm dia.(Minimum 4 Nos.)M.S. main bars & 6mm Dia M.S.ring sat 15 cm c/c to be anchored in slipper slab properly with M.S. reinforcement as per drawing etc. complete as specified (Steel will not be paid separately).Contractor has to make his own arrangement for potable water for construction/curing with hessian cloth, etc. & will not be paid separately.Beam Size: b) 23 cm. x 30 cm.

Item No.21 Providing and fixing in position TMT FE 500, 32 mm dia dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required Dia. 60 cms. Long and at 30.00 cm. C/C and wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by TMT FE 500, chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete.

Item No.22 Providing and fixing in position TMT FE 500, tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of 12 mm dia. 70 cms.long and at 30.00 cm. C/C and wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening , supported by assembly of TMT FE 500, chairs with proper alignment etc. complete.

Item No.23 Providing & fixing high density polythene pipe of approved quality to fit around the dowel bars of 32 mm dia at the end of expansion joints,fully greased inside, cotton waste the pipe around the dowel bars & the pipe duly capped at the end as rected. (H.D.P. pipe shall be 30cm in length) As shown in the drawing

Item No.24 Prime coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying, primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Item No.25 Providing and applying Tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boller on B.T. surface 2.5 kg/10 sqm.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Item No.26 DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder of specified grade of Bitumen @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76-100 mm compacted thickness .USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Item No.27 Wet Mix Macadam -- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Laying By Grader/Paver.

Item No.28 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 2, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 30/40 mm compacted thickness with VG30 Bitumen,Excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen VG30 bulk USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and VSat attachment with Stone Dust filler

Item No.29 Providing and casting in situ or precast tapering R.C.C. M-20 Mountable type Kerb with gutter ( as per IRC 86 1983) embedded 125mm below ground level over M-10 PCC finished neatly with C.M. 1:2, setting the same in C.M. 1:2, including the required excavation in any strata and removing the excavated stuff any where in city and redoing the surface as specified and directed by Engineering In-charge. Item No.36 Providing and fixing P.V.C. Rain water pipes of 160mm outer diameter and having wall thickness of 2.2 to 2.7 mm confirming to I.S. 13592- 1992 including proper rainwater receiving recess with P.V.C. plug, bend, necessary fittings, such as, offsets, shoes, inluding fixing the pipe on wall using approved wooden cleats projecting 25mm to 40mm from face of wall a fixing with clips of approved quality and Nos ,filing the joint using rubber gasket with solvent cement and properly resting the shoe of pipes on C.C. or masonry blocks, including necessary scaffolding and maintenance for 3 yrs for any leakages or dislocations of pipes. All the P.V.C. fittings and additional 2 piece socket clips shall be got approved from engineer in charge etc. complete.

Item No.37 Providing and fixing in position TMT- Fe-500/Fe-415 bar reinforcement of of TATA TISCON /SAILl /JSW /ESSAR or equivalent make (condirming to IS code) of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required including cover block etc. complete.

Item No.38 Providing and laying concrete pipes of I.S.NP. class of 300mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including necessary collars, excavation, laying, fixing with collars in cement mortar 1:1 and refilling the trench complete.

Item No.39 Providing and casting in situ / ready mix PCC M20 grade of trap metal for coping to head walls / parapet including centering, form work, compaction and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etc )

Item No.40 Providing and laying of filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing and technical specifications etc. complete.

Item No.41 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 . The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.

Item No.47 Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retroreflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Item No.48 Raising of manholes / chambers to the required level including removing the old frame and cover, brickwork with min 16cm thick coping in CC M30, plastering the wall in C.M. 1:3 externally and internally with neat cement rendering , curing, refixing the frame and cover etc complete, as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Item No.49 Providing and constructing stormwater drain brick masonry conical manhole as per standard drawings (Dwg No. MCGM/SWD/2013-01), with 1.20 m internal dia at bottom , 0.56m internal dia at top as per IS 4111: Part 1:1986 Cl.4.9 for a depth 1.50 m built in brick masonry in cement mortar 1:2, 20 mm thick plastering both internal and external faces of walls in cement mortar 1:1 (without waterproofing compound) and neat cement rendering so as to give a smooth surface, including 300 mm thick M- 15 grade cement concrete in foundation and in haunches and channels finished smooth with 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:1 and providing & installing approved Co-polymer polypropylene steel reinforced manhole safety step (weighing between 0.8 to 0.9 Kg) at 375 mm c/c, including 75 mm wide vata all round the external portion of the manhole and the foundation concrete in cement mortar 1:1 ,and supporting the incoming and outgoing pipes with brick masonry wherever necessary, including 300 mm high cap in M-30 grade concrete finishing with cement plaster on both sides in CM 1:1, with necessary centering , shuttering etc. all complete as per Standard Specification no SP-SWD-2 and as per drawing (Dwg No. MCGM/SWD/2013-01), and/or as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, excluding cost of excavation, providing & fixing frame and covers.

Item No.52 Stamp Concrete of 100mm Thickness - Providing and Laying in-situ M30 Grade unreinforced plain cement stamp concrete of 100mm thickness pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate (natural sand / VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) Confirming to IS 383, as per mixed in a batching and mixing plant / non tilting mixer and weigh batcher as per approved mix design, admixtures, transporting to site in nagpur city with lead upto 20KM (on Inner Ring Road from Avasti nagar to wadi), spreading, laying with approved make pover, compacted and finished in a continous operation, finishing to lines and grades Also Providing, Placing and applying stamp powder which is light fast UV resistant pigment with appropriate chemical compounds of desired colour on base concrete after excess bleed water has evaporated using dry shake method @5kg per sqm.
