Repair and Maintenance work of Godown-2 in Municipal Area Phagi

PART - A

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. includingdressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out theexcavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation anddisposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitablesite as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below naturalground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level Code) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :25.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on Brick/stone work in substructure/ super structure at any height complete as per clause 1312 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc. 20 mm plaster on stone work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shutteringt - All work upto plinth level1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : Area of each slab 2001 to 5000 sqcm

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 50mm thick

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Stone slab roofing on ground floor with fine grained stone slab 90mm average thickness from approved quarry including filling of joints slab in cement sand mortar 1:4 with ceiling pointing in cement sand mortar 1 : 3 complete as per specification for span: Up to 2.00 metre

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Electric Work PART - B

Providing and fixing 16 mm M.S. Fan clamps of standard shape and size in existing R.C.C. slab including cutting chase and making good and painting exposed portion of the clamps complete. Both Side

Wiring of light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1.1kV grade flexible copper conductor and 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper earth conductor (IS:694) of approved make in double lock/ ISI marked single lock pvc casing capping & it's accessories, 18 SWG M.S. box with earth terminal, screwless cage connectors for neutral looping in switch board & false ceiling point, 6 A switch 3.0 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet, zinc plated / brass screws, cup washers , making connections, testing etc. as required.
