REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT N AREA UNDER GE CHANDIGARH

Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing of existing roof treatment including brick tiles laid in grout and underlying mud phuska layer from roofs upto a height of 20 meters above ground level. Work includes manual/ mechanical scraping doen to the bare RCC slab, dafe lowerage of all demolished materials through a specially fabricated enclosed chute ( suit/ taki) directly discharging into tractor trolleys/ dumpers, ensuring zero impact damage to the building structure, simultaneous continuous removal to prevent ground accumulation, dust suppression via active water misting, and keeping the entire surrounding premises pristine, clean and clear including the cost of all lead, lift, scaffolding, tools, tackles and disposal of unserviceable material and complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in RCC tanks,roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete/brickbats of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (sunken including china mosaic,WC ) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc 500 mtr all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantlling plain or corrugated AC cement sheet/ CGI sheet etc any gauge, thikness in roof coverings in any position complete including disposal of unserviceable fillets outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling, handling and refixing/ reinstalling the existing water tank (PVC/HDPE/SMC sectional panels) of specified capacity at the designated location ( terrace, staging or ground level) ensuring complete structural stability and leak-proof operation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron / reinforced concrete / PVC drain pipes / PVC (SWR ) pipes of 100mm bore with all fittings from any position and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down Steel/ Kitec/ CPVC tubing 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down Steel/ Kitec/ CPVC tubing 20 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
